I first listened to this program in 2007. Ever since then I have listened to this maybe 100 times. This is the best program in the planet for sales success.

I'm an accountant and should be the last person in the world doing sales. I bought a work van from a salesman 10 years ago and was so impressed with his approach that I asked him how he got so good. Your speeches and lectures in "Psychology of Selling" and other seminars have changed my life. Your emphasis on self-concept, self-esteem and "how much you LIKE yourself" has absolutely demolished my old method of thinking about myself and others.
I've had a few sales jobs in the past, and even though I had potential, I was never particularly good at those jobs. I either didn't 100% believe in the product I was selling or took rejections personally.
Even though I'd taken hours and hours of sales training for those jobs and practiced role playing over and over, they didn't really work very well because they didn't teach me how to think about myself. Nothing has helped me like your audio seminars have. I believe you are the best self-improvement lecturer in the world and truly one of the smartest people on Earth. I wish more people knew about you. I recommend you to every sales person I meet.
You have made me proud to be a salesman. I am now running my own business and priority number one for my new sales people is to study "Psychology of Selling." I'm even thinking about designing a test around your material to make sure that they memorize your lessons and fully internalize your mantras. Totally changed my business direction

I had heard of Brian Tracy for many years but for some reason never looked seriously at his stuff. In analyzing my own sales practices I realized I had to get a lot better at closing. I always felt I had greatness in me, but could never quite tap into it to make it to be a sales superstar. Well, about two weeks ago I did a google search on closing techniques and up came "24 Ways to Close a Sale" and this. I bought it and it TOTALLY TURNED ME AROUND IN A NEW DIRECTION! I realized I had many of the traits of a superstar BUT NOT ALL! This program gives you the recipe for success. I have totally changed my approach, my marketing materials, and am now putting it to use. I have already gotten compliments by a prospect on my "professional approach." I also nailed down a market segment that I love and that is receptive. I expect to be doing very well within 60 days. I just phoned a prospect and because I was thinking and acting like a consultant and friend got another meeting with her! I sell air and water purifiers that begin at $700.00. I do a lot of cold calling. Whether you sell products or intangibles, people buy benefits, as Brian Tracy points out. I would highly advise you to listen to the audio portion that deals directly with closing -- this is the hardest part of the sale. Listen to all the different closing options and go to that customer and close them. The wheel has already been invented -- there is no need to try something new. In other words, do exactly what he says!! Good luck! Remember you're a GGGGGrrrrrrrreat salesman!!

I read the review about the lowest price wins and I had to cringe. It's unfortunate that alot of quality salespeople have this false belief about pricing and weigh 90% of their sales presentation on it. I must say, you're throwing away thosands of dollars in sales commissions. I train salespople for a living. I have incorporated Brian Tracy's methods into my training method for my company. I did this, not so we can charge people more than we are worth, but so we can help our clients get the service they deserve without having to cut any corners. I saw Brian speak at a convention in Nashville, TN in April, and was quite impressed with his message and common sense approach to teaching. I've listened to hundreds of tapes on selling and selling techniques, but none compare to this series. I highly recommend it to anyone who is serious about sales, and the rich rewards that come to those who are professional at it. I will let you know some results in about 90-120 days. A lot of information in this series is common sense but Brian has a great way of phrasing information. I've listened to this tape series so many times that I've lost track. This cassette album put me on the path of to great success years ago. I was a very successful salesperson, inspite of the fact that I wasn't trained in sales. I was promoted to be a sales trainer because I was a successful salesperson, but I didn't know what to teach (sales kind of came naturally to me, I suppose). I frantically tried to read and listen to every sales training book and tape I could find to learn the "art of selling." Not only was Brian Tracy's Psychology of Selling program incredibly helpful for me to be able to learn to train others, I became UNSTOPPABLE as a salesperson...I went to an entirely new level...by applying what Brian taught me. For this, I'm very grateful! This program is great for the new salesperson, and for old pros. After all these years, I've come to appreciate this program more and more and more!

A year and a half ago, my life was changed forever when a dear
friend gave me a couple of tapes from Brian Tracy, called The
PSYCHOLOGY OF SELLING. You all should know that I considered myself to be a decent salesman, but slow to continually educate
myself. It took me 3-4 months of listening to these tapes to
suddenly wake up and KNOW what I NEEDED to accomplish (financially).
I set my goals (Which I had never done seriously). That was exactly one year and one week ago. HERE ARE THE RESULTS...
* Last Years Income: $36,000 (it was a lean year)

* I have achieved ALL of my goals for the year!

My first job in this great profession called selling was in direct sales. I had no real direction just a desire to succeed. I struggled for about a year and like any young inexperienced sales person I thought I had to be a manager. So they gave me an oppurtunity in an office they planned on closing. Which they did. However one day I went through the desk I had in my office, you know to clean it out and make it my own. Lo and behold what did I find but this program. Being a door to door vacuum sales person in Virginia, I figured I had a lot of drive time on my hands so I GAVE IT A LISTEN. I did so every day day for about 3 months. What happened from there was great! Our sales increased, but they still closed our office. I then went back in ton sales and doubled my income. This series gave me the direction that I needed at that moment. I highly recommend it to anyone.
Today I am a successful sales manager. I have a young sales staff mostly under 25 years old. I am back here today to repurchase this program for them. They all ask me what I attribute part of my success to and this is part of it. I have a great oppurtunity to pass on what was accidentially passed on to me. To this I thank Brain Tracy and the person who left those tapes behind.

"I accidentally stumbled across your book "Advanced Selling Strategies" at a book store almost 8 months ago. At that point in time I did not know a great deal about sales and closing and especially handling objections. I joined a finance company which had all their leads from a property developer and the developer sourced all its leads from tele-marketers. While working for this finance compnay still not understading about sales, I did OK, was nothing special, I would say that at that time I was closing at a 50-60% ratio. In some months it was less. Anyhow, I eventually left because we had no properties to finance because we had sold all of the stock, and I eventually joined a real estate investment company. From the conversations I had with the company, I knew that if I wasn't able to do well, that I would eventually not have a job. They made it clear to me that the compnay would not be able to keep anyone who was not making sales. DO YOU KNOW HOW SCARED I WAS? What made it worse was that a property consultant that I knew quite well who did "30 RUNS" (A RUN IS WHEN YOU TAKE THE CLIENT OUT TO SEE INVESTMENT PROPERTIES) with the company, did not make any sales at all. So I was thinking maybe I might not be good, maybe I will fail too? Anyhow, about a month before I was to start with the company, I was on the net and looking for anything that could help me to make sales when I remembered that 8 months ago I bought your book. I got to your website and bought the "Psychology of Selling" on CD! Now I have done 3 property runs all up in total and have sold 2 properties for the company! My boss cannot believe it!
