I believe Trusting a leader/supervisor requires excellent communication. Although this almost sounds Cliché with most companies focusing on communication, however the communication needed by leaders might not be something you can learn through a seminar. Leaders need to value and respect those throughout an organization.
Good Managers delegate work through others clearly
But good leaders delegate; trust,empathy,and sacrafice through everyone in the organization.

A quality or skill required to be a good leader is initiate, because people want to be able to follow someone that knows how to take charge and is confident, because if your not then your going to be scared which is going to make the people your are “suppose” to be leading scared, which means that it is going to go hectic.
