I believe programming your brain with right mindset is important but we also need to learn different time management or productivity techniques and tools to help us becoming a highly effective person. There are a lot of time management techniques available just learn one or two and start practicing the one suits you and don’t be a perfectionist. Just do it and then continuous improving on it. Having the right mindset without actions will results in nothing.
