My body went through a major cleansing yesterday especially the stomach. And this is where it relates to the Heart/Ego center. So let's talk about Undefined Heart center. Undefined Heart/Ego is designed not to prove themselves. However, in the Not-Self, they are acting on the pressure to prove themselves...to themselves and to the tribes (group, family, community, organizations etc). They often do it by making promises that they can't deliver, try to fit in, try to find way to be accepted. And this is the area where majority of the world population is deeply conditioned to struggle materially. Here's what you can do as Undefined or Open Heart/Ego person. Learn not to make promises unless when your Authority say so. Depending on your design, it's okay not to be part of the tribal for long period unless you have tribal channels. Do observe what happen to your stomach, gallblader, immune system and heart when you put too much pressure on your Undefined Heart. I experienced countless stomach issues since I was a child because I didn't know how to deal with the ego pressure. Living my design certainly help me heal in many ways. There is so much to explore in the heart center. We cover this deeply in Living Your Design workshop. Remember that our body own the life. As much as I love being with my tribal people, sometimes the body says 'screw them..let's be alone'. This is healthy for the body to release the ego pressure that it amplifies. 😂 Love your Undefined Heart...you are priceless. You are here to live with freedom and not to prove yourself to anyone ❤

Special occasion. Four of us ordered two slices of cake. One is red velvet and the other one is salted caramel cake. To be honest, the body did not enjoy the sweetness and the creamy cheese (or heavy cream) when I ate it more than I should. Sometimes, we just need to experiment with food. It helps increase the awareness of emotional eating. It is also one of the ways our body communicate with us. The body knows what is healthy and nourishing. We just need awareness to listen to its language. The decision to eat these today was a mental decision, based on the occasion that today is a special day. I'm glad we shared it. Otherwise, I would suffer more because my digestive system is not doing well with dairy ☺ Location: Ink Library, Ecoworld Puncak Alam.

No caffeine tea. It is called African Sunrise. There is a taste of vanilla, rose and herbs. It's not my usual drink but I give it a try. Apart of this, I have one thing in my mind that have been bothering me. A late friend of mine once told me that our friendship has no sweetness in it. We love and respect each other but "it's not enough", she said. I asked her what's the reason. This is what she said. "Because we never fight, because we never hurt each other..so no sweetness". It's true. We never hurt each other for more than 20 years. Anyway, it hurts me deeply on the day she passed away. From time to time I will remember what she told me. And I do believe that sometimes we need healthy argument, we need to cry and break each other's heart so intimacy and sweetness can be felt. I'm willing to attain such friendship without burning the bridge. How about you? To my dearest friend Maya, I love you, wherever you are. Al-Fatihah ❤

Topic: Projectors and Sacral Deconditioning. You know you are living a Projector life when you are in no rush to wake up in the morning to generate work or doing. Ponder on this. What makes us quickly wake up from the bed? Notice your mind is saying "I got work to do, I need to get things done". These thoughts come from Sacral conditioning which makes us want to get busy doing. All Non-Sacral Types are conditioned by it and Projectors suffers the most. Sacral deconditioning for Projectors, Reflectors and Manifestors will make their body relax and not rushing into doing until the body is ready to do it. The obvious result is you have a very relaxing body. It doesn't mean your body will be lazy. A good deconditioning body knows the timing to work, to rest, to communicate, to act and to play. I was a person who wakes up every morning rushing into work. As a person who has Gate 14 (conditioned as workaholic) and also a Capricorn, I think you can imagine how much I love working. Nowadays things are different for me. I work when the body is ready to work. Otherwise, I spend a good amount of time rolling on the bed in the morning reading information, writing, breathing and relaxing. To deconditioned your undefined sacral, sleep alone in your auric field is essential. If you are sleeping with a Generator or Manifesting Generator, you will wake up with the thoughts I mentioned above. Throughout the time, you can feel the difference when your aura in contact with Generator's aura.
