Human Design – Coffee,Coffee,Coffee…

That’s not my coffee!

I didn’t have my coffee for 6 weeks (I guess). Surely it’s been more than a month. At one point, I did take a tiny sip from a non-sugar long black to make my mouth bitter after I ate a cooked salmon.

You know what’s funny, I’m not really a coffee drinker. I can’t even finish a cup of coffee and often have to share it with my friends. But when something we used to have it and it is taken away from us, we gonna missed it. So I missed my half cup long black coffee!

Furthermore, I have some emotional relation to coffee.

This is also the reason why I missed my coffee. My late mother was a coffee drinker and oh! She took coffee like plain water. She started every morning with black coffee and she has a specific local brand (which Joe and I continuing using the same brand). Her best friend, Aunt Linda (my god-mom) will come to the house and drink it with her. She will have coffee for tea time and sometimes dinner.

A few days before she passed away, she asked if she could have her black coffee. The entire family was freaked out because her health was getting worse and I wasn’t around to witness whether she did have her coffee or not. Knowing my mom, she probably had it.

When I decode the emotional attachment towards coffee, what I see is, coffee makes my late mom happy. When she’s happy, I’m happy. I’m guessing, I carry that unconscious expectation when I’m with others especially with Joe. I know coffee makes her happy.

Is that necessary to make people happy at the expense of my health?

Here’s the answer. I’m a Projector Type human being. When my Generator or Manifesting Generator folks feel happy and satisfy, my world is colourful! I’m drinking it together with them because that’s what I did with my late mom.

Plus, have you seen Malaysian social culture? We love coffee places (from Mamak to Starbucks)! So it’s all social conditioning, which Projectors are deeply attuned to. And nothing is wrong with it. It’s a mundane life after all.

Since I’m on emotional healing through foods, this realisation helps me to be more aware. I may drink coffee after the 90 Days WildFit Challenge and back to the routine again… Or, I may not. That, I will leave it to my Splenic Authority (how I make every decision through my body intelligence). I guess we’ll find out soon!

Human Design – A New Experience in Food

Something Different.

Yummy? I’m entering into a new experience. This suits this week transit Gate 36 theme – Crisis and Inexperience in moving into a new experience. What I can tell you is, I never thought I’m gonna do this and I don’t know what the end results would be.

In experiencing Gate 36, let go of the expectation. It is the expectation that will make you angry and frustrated or bitter or disappointed when it is not met. Gate 36 comes with crashing waves. That means when things turn out to be different, you may experience hurts and pain (broken heart is a good example).

Knowing this, I do not want to expect that I would lose a great amount of weight. Let’s just say, I would just let the ketosis experience manifested it for me. And since this is a new experience in my journey, therefore, I’m expecting some challenges. As Gate 36 would say “In any new experiences, there will be a crisis”.

I’m ready! I’ve been ready since last year and now the timing to manifest is right. I hope you are at Peace with whatever experiences that you have right now.

Note:
All the foods prepared with spontaneity (Splenic Authority here). Salad for Sunday afternoon. You can have it with the roasted chicken (marinated with herbs and dry coconut flakes) or with turmeric prawn and garlic. For the vegetables: Butterhead Leaf, Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Chinese Cabbage with salt, garlic and olive oil.

No sugar from now. It is hugely helpful for Projectors who want to improve their cognitive and for those who want to heal from inflammation and autoimmune diseases.

Human Design – Playfulness.

Current Mood: Playfulness.

When the unpaid job is to document my own emotional healing through food, this is where I go.

I wanted to make the eggs happy but it looks more confused and frightening, LOL…

I’m off refined sugar for 2 weeks now and off rice/grains/wheat for 10 days. I lost more inches than weight. Total weight loss so far is 3 kg (trying that for years). Remember that everything is about right timing.

Human Design taught me to honor my timing.

And now I’m doing this because my divine timing is giving me the flow. Despite the challenge on sugar craving, everything seems to be flowing effortless and gracefully. Looking forward to this week challenge.

Human Design – Is Being Emotional Bad?

Now it’s time to talk about Defined Solar Plexus and Emotional People. There are 50% of the population are emotional being. The rest are Open Emotion.

Often we think being emotional is bad, but not for these people. They earn their emotions. In fact, this is their Authority; their Inner Power that guides them especially in making decisions.

Emotions are powerful. So are Emotional Defined people. It is not about the strength of the body but the power of their emotions to emote feeling, to manifest creativity through their moodiness, and to support their tribes through bonding and bargain. These people can be so warm and passionate about life, about themselves and about others too. They also can be the opposite of it.

And their power lies on ClarityWhy clarity? Their emotions are moving energy. Every time their feeling changes, their perspective changes. The way they see others and life change from time to time. They need to see the collection of these perspectives so they can gain clarity.

But that’s their true challenge; it’s hard to be patient and wait for clarity. Often they are rushing on their impulses, thinking it just a fleeting emotion and unimportant. As an undefined emotion, I amplify the impulses and what I see is just a blurry event ahead of them.

The only way to deal with Emotional Solar Plexus is to be with the waves. This is how you wait for clarity as Emotional Defined person. Embrace and accept every high and low feeling that you have. Feel the power of every wave and see how your Emotional Intelligence communicates with you.

Collect as much clarity as you can. Clarity will show what’s correct for you. Time and patience are your allies. It’s time you make peace with it.

Anyway, enjoy surfing your highest intelligence. And do know that I acknowledge and embrace your presence in my life. With you (all the emotional being), I learn to see the beauty in every emotional joy and pain. And for that, I say Thank You.

Take this as your mantra: Never walk your life blindfolded.

Human Design – Emotional Relationship with Food.

Lunch Time!

So I baked bread for lunch. Remember the Flaxseed Bread I was talking in my previous bread post? It looks like a cake but whatever. The preparation is simple and it suits those who are detoxing from sugar.

Anyway, this is our lunch for today (Joe and I). To be honest, two slices per meal are more than enough. Thanks to Dr. Tay Ju Lee and IshKiia Paige (from WildFit team) for the recipe.

My body is adjusting to the changes. 8 days no refined sugar and I begin to feel good, mentally… LOL! I’m still processing my emotional relationship with food and my past.

There are old memories that I never recalled before it’s begin to emerge vividly. And I’m going to let those memories reorganised itself into realisation when the timing is right. Right now, it’s all confusing, crashing and melancholic. Let’s see what happen next because I’m taking out rice from the diet too!

Human Design – Shifting Diet, Mind and Emotions.

Good afternoon beautiful souls!

Here’s what I believe in; that food can shift our state of consciousness. In Human Design, to eat correctly according to your diet means you are nurturing your brain and the body to have the right cognition to access the consciousness field. That also means your mind is less likely to be distorted and it has the potential to see the Maia the way it intended to see. It’s all about having the right frequency to see the similar frequency.

For example, my brain and mind are designed to see the past and assess that information so I can share the inspiration with everyone (have you noticed that most of my post are about past experiences?). Whenever I reflect the past, I either feel very emotional and judging myself or I feel enlightening.

I don’t eat healthy for most of my life until I shift my diet with Human Design PHS in 2017. I realised that, during my unhealthy eating habit, my mind was vibrating at a low level of frequency. Therefore, whenever I reflect my past, I saw everything in it at the low-level frequency too. This triggered ALL low-level emotions. Feeling the emotions are not wrong but judging it, yes. Here’s where I judged myself with all the shame, guilt, anger and fear.

Since I shift my diet with Human Design PHS last year (and now taking out the refined sugar), I see the same past but with different feeling and judgement. You probably realised that I’ve been opened up about my past recently. Instead of judging myself with guilt and shame or hatred, I feel a deep sense of Love and Forgiveness towards myself. Maybe this is one way how our state of consciousness is influenced by the food we eat.

It’s fascinating to see how food affects our ability to see the past, present and future. If you want to improve how you relate to yourself, maybe you should start with understanding your diet too.

This morning during breakfast, Joe and I were laughing and teasing each other. And then I realise, this is what healthy food makes us do; be joyful and grateful 😀


Today’s breakfast: Toasted Ciabatta with avocado, tomato, zucchini, onion, black pepper, salt, scrambled eggs and lots of Love :).

Human Design – New Found Bread.

Good afternoon beautiful souls!

Here’s something about food. I begin to take sugar out from my diet and I started with refined sugar first. That means, no usual bread. I love bread and my chiropractor, Dr Aileen suggested I try this German Bakery called Der Backmeister in Taman Tun. So today, after a road trip, we stopped by the bakery and voilà!

I asked for any bread that has no sugar. According to them, no sugar is used in the bread, hence most of their bread is sour and some are salty.

Intuitively, I picked the simplest one first; Plain Ciabatta. The taste is so damn good! I ate it plain in the car and by dinner… Well let’s just say I added a sunny side up on a toasted Ciabatta and enriched it with tomatoes and chopped onions. The taste? Heavenly!

Next mission, I want to do homemade Flaxseed Bread which I already bought the Flaxseed Meals and Black Sesame Powder. We’ll see when I have a mood to bake!

Human Design – Dream It. Do It.

Good morning beautiful souls!

I used to agree with this form of motivation. But nowadays I recognized that not everyone can do it. Not everyone has the willpower, energy or drives to do it. To dream is human. To Do It takes a whole new level of knowing the right timing.

Why timing is important?

It about waiting for the flow of life so you wouldn’t go against the current. Anyone can prove that they achieve their dream because they go for their dream. What they didn’t tell you is their level of anger, frustration, bitterness or disappointment along the journey. We were conditioned to think that this is part of the package to be successful; that we must suffer in our journey.

I think it’s time to rethink this whole idea of suffering in order to be successful. All the suffering is a form of resistance against the flow. In Human Design, these anger, frustration, bitterness and disappointment has its purpose. They simply there to tell us that we are against our flow.

I learned this the hard way and it almost screwed my entire body. Whenever we force ourselves to use the willpower or the stamina or the life force that we don’t have, the one suffering the most is the body. We try so hard to be successful and at the same time try harder to recover from illness (physical, emotional and mental).

It doesn’t make sense anymore.

Well, I guess this is what makes me a weird motivator. I don’t coach people to go ‘get it’. I coach them to wait for the right timing and then they can go get it. It takes mastery to know the timing. But once you master the right timing, your journey is effortless even if you are born to experience trial and error (Human Design 3rd line profile).

Anyway, I almost forget that I have this tumbler. I bought it four years ago when I was working in Brunei. Looking back, I realized that I have changed a lot; emotionally, physically and mentally.

Human Design – My Kind of Drinks!

Good morning beautiful souls!

Lime and Lemon cooler and Oolong Rose Tea.

I had the Lime Lemon Cooler three days ago and Rose Tea two days ago. Love them especially Rose Tea. No sugar in both of these drinks.

I take cold drinks these days. It suits my Human Design PHS diet which is Cold Thirst. Ever since I changed my diet from hot to cold, I rarely feel bloated.

We are still in the week of emotional eating. Pay attention to the moods. I will post some food photos if I have a mood later. Meantime, honour your moods because they are beautifully empowering.

Note: Everyone has a different digestive theme. Therefore, cold diet may not suits your body. Please consult Human Design PHS Analysts to know more about your diet regimen.

My suggestion to you; begins with experimenting your Strategy and Authority before you begin your PHS. The decision to shift your diet should be made by your body (through your Authority). Only your Authority knows when is the right timing to shift your diet.

Human Design – Listen and Observe.

Good morning beautiful souls!

Whether you are Defined Ajna or Undefined Ajna, practice to observe your thoughts is a powerful process of awakening.

Step out of thinking doesn’t mean you stop thinking. In fact, trying tAll Postso stop thinking is madness especially if you are a Defined Ajna person.

Imagine your thoughts like a friend you have and this friend loves to talk. What you normally do when your friend is talking? The best form of friendship is listening without judgement.

Same with your thoughts and mind. Listen and observe without reacting to every words your thoughts is saying. This practice is a form of meditation.

You (The Observer), observing your thoughts (the mind and its voices).

Remember that the practice is not to identify you as your thoughts. You are more than what your mind is thinking. In Human Design, your mind can only relate on the Personality Level (the Black color gates). But your wholeness is Black and Red (Personality and Design).

This is what we do in Living Your Design Awakening Program too. We (the guides) guide you to observe what your mind says about you, particularly about your open centers… because in the openness is where it likely to drive you crazy as a not self.

Personally this practice helps me with anxiety, depression and also in my awakening through Human Design.

You can do it right now. The tips is… pay attention to it without judgement or react towards the thoughts. Give it a try.
