Do What We LOVE!

Work is also a prayer, not in the form of words but actions. When we love what we do, the doing become a meditation, the mind becomes creative, and the body become joyful.

But when we do not love the work we do, then the prayer is filled with un-love energies, the action is not powerful, and the body becomes weak and ill.

Do what you love. Start with that. Then the doing becomes natural and full of Love. It is one way to cherish yourself and honour your purposes. And through the doing, you get to share your deepest Love with the world.

Those who have followed my blog since last year knew that I am contributing articles on motivation, personal growth and healing to a lifestyle monthly newspaper/magazine called The Iskandarian/Waves Lifestyle. All the articles that I wrote and I am writing are to inspire reader, to educate readers on energy healing and emotional healing and to give hope to many people who feel that life is tough and uneasy.

Recently I have brought the magazine and the previous articles (re-printed) to the new readers, Filipinos who I worked together as a team. I am grateful that the sharing of experiences and knowledge are expanding to the international readers like the Filipino.

Treasure in YOU

We are so caught in the unconscious patterns in searching the self-identification through materialism. We search the world of love and peacefulness through physical treasures like body slimming, fancy cloths, expensive cars and more money. And along the journey to this quest, we become more lack than we first started. Why is that?

The answer is we have lost connection with our true treasure, the SELF within. We spend time focusing on external worlds and treasures and we forget what matters the most is ourselves; the soul that lives in this physical body, the perfect body and health we have, the balance emotions and the powerful mind.

Today, you can start spending 10 minutes on this activity; change your focus from the external world (from money, relationships with others, problems, illness) to your inner world. Only 10 minutes as a start and let us start with one part of the body.

1. Close your eyes.
2. Breathe, inhale and exhale deeply.
3. Focus only on your breath for a moment.
4. Feels the energy living inside you. Feel your hands from within.
5. Acknowledge the hands that feed food into your mouth, the hands that heal others through touches. Feels it but not thinking about it.
6. Feels the love you have between YOU and these hands.
7. Bring these hands to your heart center.
8. Say ‘Thank you for being part of me. I love you’.

This activity can help you connect with your world from within through your physical body. The physical body is known as the door into our inner world. This simple activity can be done in the office or anywhere you like it.

You can do the same activity again tomorrow and you may choose another part of the body like your feet, your eyes, your brain and so forth. You can skip step 7 or use visualization when you connect love between the body parts and your heart. The more you practice, the more deeper you connect with your true treasure – YOURSELF!

Why Letting Go With Fire Is Not A Good Idea?

You just broke up with your lover and you have so much anger, fear, frustration and hatred in you. These emotions soon become non-beneficial feelings and situations to you. All you have now is the urge to take the burden away from you. Then you started to grab a piece of paper and write down your feelings. Once you have finished it, you started to burn the piece of paper. Do you do this? Are you familiar with the tips?

I’ve seen this act many times in my life. I thought it was a great steps but I was wrong. Here I am about to tell you that the act of burning it is not a good idea to get rid things and emotions. Here are the reasons why.

1. Fire promotes heat.

Do not burn the non-beneficial feelings or situations with fire. It will only get worst.

When you write the feelings and situations you don’t like on paper, you have transfer the energy onto the paper through your powerful words. When you burn it, the fire increase heat on the words you wrote on the paper. That is why whoever burn their emotions through this process, didn’t really heal from the pain. Instead, they get more heat from it.

2. Fire relate to anger.
How do you feel when you get close to fire? Do you feel uncomfortable burning by the heat? How do you feel when you are standing closer to someone who is angry? Do you feel intensity and uncomfortable? Fire promotes intensity. The words you just burned have increased its intensity and turning into uncomfortable sensation of yours. It also means, if you burning your anger, you only gets more anger later on.

3. Energy Can’t Be Destroyed.
Since energy can’t be destroyed, whatever feelings or situations that you try to burn are still has its energy only in different form. The non-beneficial feelings and situations you thought has been destroyed are in fact still linger in your life.

The right way to get rid things is to transmute the energy you no longer need in harmony ways. Instead of burn it, try burying it. The act of bury means death and to our subconscious mind, it means ‘no longer serve us (the living)’. In fact, the energy you put onto the paper and the paper itself will be transmuted naturally by the nature.

And here’s the important part, it is alright if you need unleash all the non-beneficial feelings on the paper but close your case with gratitude and thank the feelings or situations for their services. This way, you are not just sending it off with anger but you choose to end it with LOVE. The energy of Love (the most powerful energy in the Universe) that you give will heal the energy of anger, fear, frustration or hatred that you released earlier. In the end, it all becomes a HEALING for your emotions.

If bury is too much for you, simply throw it away outside your house for recycle process. And the key words; send it off with LOVE.

5 Things You Should Avoid In The Morning

Do you know that morning is the most powerful time of the day for every human? You must have heard breakfast is the most important meals of the day, morning sun gives you Vitamin D, doors of wealth opened up in the morning, birds start their life when the sun rise, your throat chakra and relate to the thyroid system energized well in the morning especially before the sun rise and if you exercise in the morning, you would feel productive throughout the day.

Morning life does not just give you all above. It gives power to your mind and emotions. Activities that you do in the morning have great affect to your body, mind and emotion. Many people didn’t realize how some unnecessary rituals in the morning could affect your being throughout the day. Here are the lists of the unnecessary things you should avoid early in the morning.

1. Reading tragic news.
If you enjoy reading newspaper early in the morning, avoid reading tragic and death story like accidents. Story like this sell the newspaper but didn’t give contribution to the victims and to the readers except the power to create more accidents through the imagination. Not just that, each story creates sadness and this feeling will be remembered as part of the feeling you own to yourself. Bit by bit of this feeling will be carried throughout the day and contributed as unnecessary feelings to your emotion. Read inspiring story or business news instead.

2. Sleeping.
Every great people in the world do not spend their morning with sleeping. Instead, they work their masterpieces during the morning hours. Great people and achievers know that morning has power that gives them momentum to keep moving. If you have a dream to achieve, first thing first; wake up early in the morning and turn your dream into reality. If you really need to catch some sleep, take a nap for 20 minutes in the early afternoon.

3. Drinking Coffee
I used to disagree to this because I love coffee in the morning. But here’s the fact, coffee dehydrate the body. When your body feel dehydrate, you started to feel sleepy and tired. In keeping you moving throughout the morning, coffee is not the best drink to have. The best drink is plain water. Water help stimulate the power and life you get from the morning energy. Second of all, coffee is best to be enjoyed slowly and when you feel sleepy in the afternoon. So go for the coffee after your lunch break, not early in the morning.

4. Complaining. 
Anything that you can wait from complaining, it’s worth the wait! Do not spend your morning energy on complaining especially on the unnecessary things like complaining about your boss, complaining about the traffic jammed, complaining about the foods you have for breakfast and so forth. Complaining drains your energy easily. Complaining stops wealth from coming to you. If you really have to say something, say it in a request manner, not complaining.

5. Talk About Yesterday’s Unfortunate Events.
People who talk about yesterday’s unfortunate events will always have problem to move forward in life. What had happened in yesterday, stay in yesterday. Do not waste your beautiful morning life on things that already happened in the past. Morning gives new life to every creature in the Universe including You. It gives you opportunity to start new every single day. Start it with lots of smile. If you have to resolve a conflict or problem that tie to the unfortunate event, do it positively and not emotionally. It helps you cut the cord between you and the unfortunate events easily.

Signs That You Are Blessed

Blessing is all over the earth and the sky. It’s infinite and countless. It’s unconditional love given by God through His entire creation in the universe. If you look with open heart and open mind, you will notice the blessing in your life. Here are some of situations and circumstances in our lives that appear to tell us “You Have Been Blessed and loved”.

1. Little are many
Whenever you and your life touch by the blessing, little or many is no longer appear as quantity. Instead they appear as abundance. Little or many seems as ONE instead of two separate entities. For example, the food that you eat seems little in portion but not to your body and soul. Another example is when you could spend a lot from the little money you have earned.

2. Nature get closer to you
Whenever blessing is part of you and your life, nature will give their love to you in the obvious way. The best example is when birds build a nest under your tree or in your yard. Look at it with our common sense, who would build a home in a place that is not safe? Birds and other animals know this. They just enjoy the love and blessing that you have.

3. More than 24 hours. 
All of us have been given 24 hours every day. The one with the blessing get to do many precious and productive tasks in those 24 hours. They get to do it with joy and love. In fact they feel that they have more than 24 hours in a day.
The one without blessing get to do it with worries, unnecessary pressure and most of the time they have not achieve much in 24 hours. Their companion is complaint and whining. 24 hours seems so little to achieve even a small goal.

4. Rescue is an inch distance
No doubt that sometimes you have to go through hard time in life but it can tell you whether blessing is given to you or otherwise. In situation like this, when rescue seems to appear sooner than you thought, take it as a sign of blessing is with you. One of the examples is when the money you have is not enough to spend until your next pay check and you are very much need an extra money. Soon enough, rescues appear in many ways. Look at it with an open mind, sometimes the rescue may not appear as the extra money that you need. It may appear in many ways such as free meals, opportunity to earn money from freelancing tasks or even better, someone appear to pay the money that he have owed you.

5. Troubles at the right time.
Do you believe that everything happen when the timing is right? People who are blessed see it this way. Those without bless see it as plainly trouble. One of the incidents I remembered the most is when my soul mate’s car broke down right in front of the workshop instead of the highway or in the middle of the road. It was not just that, the workshop that the car stopped and ‘died’ is the cheapest workshop in the area. No tow needed. Money spent on the incident was lesser than we expected.

We are all entitling for blessing and there are ways to earn it. One of the way is to give gratitude as many as we can. Gratitude is like a door for blessing to enter. The other way is to live with unconditional love because blessing is part of unconditional love. Seek and you will find. Give and you will get.

5 Powerful Wishes You Should Never Wish

Today I decided to share a list of statements that I’ve heard from others, that also make me shake my head instantly to disagree. These statements either you say it as a joke or just a figure of speech, or perhaps you really mean it; no matter what your intentions are, when you say it, you manifest it. When you say it over and over again, you are wishing it with your powerful affirmation. Let’s check it out:

1# “I’m gonna die alone” 
Whenever I hear this statement, my heart will scream “Rephrase! Rephrase!”. It is the worst and the most terrible wish in the world. Most people say it when they breaking up with their lover and the statement is just an expression of broken heart. But ponder this for moment; what if the wish comes true? Look deeper into the meaning of Die Alone. Aren’t it’s ugly, torturing and suffering to the soul? Never wish this to yourself!

2# “No one loves me”
Ah! Another statement of broken heart and right away punish the rest of the love in the world. When a person says this, whoever has love towards him will turn around and walk away. Of course this is a metaphor. The realities are worst. People who love you will stop contacting you, parents started to scold you, friends started to unfriend you and more to list it down. So why wish NO ONE loves you? Look around, loves are always everywhere.

3# “I always attract wrong lover”
Keep on affirm it and you will always end up with a wrong lover in your life. Here some tips for you; avoid this word ‘always’. It’s literally means forever and never stops. So you had a wrong lover before but it didn’t mean you will have another wrong lover in the future. What have went wrong, let it behind but take the lessons wisely. Never ever punish your future lover just because you had the wrong ones before.

4# “I’m always poor and never get rich!”
Aha! There you go! Many people say this to express their frustrations over their financial situations. Its sounds like a pity statement from themselves to the Universe and God. Guess what, when you say it and by all means, you just close the doors to the wealth instantly.

5# “I can easily get sick”
When you say it to your insurance’s agent, you probably have to pay a high premium for the insurance.
When you say it to your doctor, you have to spend more time and money to see your doctor again.
When you say it to the world, all the viruses, the germs, the illnesses are looking at you, waiting to enter your body.
So where is the goodness to you here? Stop saying you can get sick because to get sick is normal. What’s not normal is to get sick easily. Instead, say this; “I can get healthy easily” and it will change health over the time.

When you accidentally say it, there’s always a chance for you to rephrase it. These are the normal and ordinary statements people say to express their feelings about their situations. We are so used to it and didn’t even realize that these statements have power in bringing the reality into our lives. And the worst part is when it gets real because we actually do not even want it to be real at all.

Be aware of your words as it turns into wishes; be conscious of your wishes as it turns into your reality.

Never Give-up in Finding Wealth

Give-up is so much easy to be done compare to the hard work and failures we get in achieving the life we want. It also seems so much easy to leave the burden of failures than carry it throughout the journey to the desire destination. Give-up so we can live in the ‘comfort zone’ like before. Give-up and we will have peace of mind.

If you think exactly like these, beware that Mr. Give-up has just manipulated you!

I almost gave up too. Almost everyone will have their give-up moments. The moments exist for reason; to test our interest, will, desire and belief in the things we want. When moments like this come to us, those who have interest, strong will and desire to achieve the goal and belief everything is possible will be rewarded as promised by God. Those who listen to Mr. Give-up and believe him more than themselves, will lose the wealth and success that earlier was booked to be theirs.

It is sad to see people who choose to give-up easily. We must understand that failures and hard-work is part of success package. No one in the world achieve success, wealth and greatness without going through failures and hard-work.

Here’s the important message about giving up. What people didn’t know is, when they give up, they indirectly send the message of “I am weak” to their minds. Not just that, giving up in many religious means cutting the string between us and God’s Grace.

If you feel give up in finding the wealth and success, look at the picture below. It says three things to me. First is, wealth and success is already there. It just needs us to dig it until we find it. Second is, when we give up, the wealth and success will be meant for someone else. And third; if we give up, we never know how close we are to the wealth and success.  Store the picture in your mind because the picture says it all.

11 Simple Ways to Blissful Day

I’ve discovered these methods during my self-healing period months ago. In that period I was desperate to catch a blissful state of feeling, so I did these activities. I started few in the beginning and now at least 9 of it every day. After few days’ routine, the healing speeds up twice than before. After two weeks, it healed me from within. And now, after more than a month of these activities, I am healthy, energetic, joy and blissful.  So I’m going to share with you the awesomeness of these activities.

1. Wake up with gratitude. No matter how worst you feel when you waking up, say this: “Thank you”.

2. Morning walk – It gives you morning sun which is good for the body. Morning life is good for the soul and energy system. If you can’t do morning walk, go for an evening walk and do it outdoor instead of indoor (by using treadmill). Spend 30 minutes to walk
…and just walk.

3. Yoga – I started basic yoga, enough to make the energy flow evenly inside me. Good thing about yoga, it makes you feel young and alive. If you can’t do yoga, try others exercise that suits your need.

4. Communicate – Do this to as many people as you can. If you don’t feel weird (which you shouldn’t), communicate with the nature too. When you communicate, do it with Love.  Say beautiful words as much as you can. When you uplift a life, your life will be uplifted too.

5. Spend an hour for your hobby everyday – In my case, I just love cooking. So I would spend an hour everyday to create my own recipes.

6. Eat Moderately – Our body need food as exchange for the energy. If we consume more than we need, we are torturing our body and its systems. Eat healthy and eat moderately.

7. Give love – Love is as simple as prayers we send to people, animals, nature, things or situations. Giving love is indeed a healing itself. So everyone can do it and it’s easy.

8. Charity – Give charity every day. It doesn’t mean we have to give money every day. Be creative in charity; we could give our energies by helping others or spare our knowledge and share it with people. Charity is one of the way to circulate love to the world.

9. Pray or Meditate – The similar thing between these two are both require you to spend time in silence. The different is praying is an act of talking to God, whereas meditate is an act of listening not just God but all of His creation. Both praying and meditating heal and transform your personal growth from within. Both make us closer to the Creator. It gives us love, security and bliss. You can choose either one or both.

10. Breathing Exercise – You can do this anytime you want, sit or stand (you can do this in public too or when you stand in line, or at home sitting down). Take one deep breath in and let it out. Then take a breath in while counting to four. Then hold it to the count of four and then let it out to the count of four. Then take another breath or two in and out to relax. Then rinse and repeat tw or three times – Credit to Dr. Cha~zay.

11. Read affirmation and wishes before we go to sleep. These positive, love and beautiful affirmations and wishes will send message to our subconscious mind when we sleep. It helps us reprogram our life from sadness to joy, negative to positive, fear to love.
