The Art of Giving Back

Healing anxiety and depression is going to take time unless you are the chosen one who is going to experience a leap of consciousness. For many people, healing happen gracefully, day to day basis. Just like waiting for a plant to grow. The process seems slow to the mind, but the life force energy can be felt if we pay attention to it. Same goes with healing in our body. Feel it and acknowledge it.

One of the healing steps I teach for Anxiety and Depression is Giving Back. The process is to train your body and mind to connect with others who need your contribution. Instead of becoming the victim of Anxiety and Depression, you become the healer who gives. You heal yourself in the giving process.

Giving back promotes the growth in Life. Giving back allows energy to flow in and out of you in harmony. Whenever you give-back, do it consciously. It can heals you.

Why Employees Experience Anxiety?

If you look closely, Anxiety doesn’t just happen in individuals. It also happens in corporate and organisation. Employers and employees have to take the pressure and without knowing how their body works, the Anxiety will become personalised and individual. Many employees feel left out and think the anxiety and pressure they feel are individuals and therefore, give up their careers.

Think again, how many people feel anxious at work these days? It’s not the work. It’s how each individual takes the pressure based on their body and energetic system. If they are not trained to take the pressure correctly, anxiety will be an illness instead of a pressure to deliver.

Right people for the right tasks is important to ensure the growth in any businesses. On top of that, training to manage the pressure can ensure the wellbeing of these people who help run the business and organisation.

Why you should not hide behind your anxiety

Do not hide behind the anxiety and depression because if we do that, we allow them to be our face and our identity.

Do not take the anxiety and depression as our enemy. Doing so will cause fights and wars between us and the energies.

And I can’t tell you to love them because that is not an easy work to do.

What I can tell you is Love Our Self First. Start with gathering our strength and courage. And slowly claim our Light. Learn to show compassion to ourselves even when we feel vulnerable. Respect our body. Say good things about us. Protect our sacredness. Reach out for help. Honour our journey.

When we love ourselves long enough, the essence of Love within us will eventually heal all pain that we endured. That’s what Love do. It heals all pain. Our job is to know how to Love and there’s only one place to begin; Our Self.

Most of the Time

I wanna wrap today’s experience in four words – Most of the Time.

Most of the time, we have no clue of our potentials.
Most of the time, we ignore our birthrights.
Most of the time, we are confused and in doubts with our existence.
Most of the time, we chase the reflection of others.
Most of the time, we look at the shadows and say “that’s who I am”.
Most of the time, it gives us anxiety and stress and depression.
Most of the time, we are unseen, unrecognised.
Most of the time, we have no clue why we are here.
Most of the time, we lost our way in this so called Life.

Most-of-the-time shall STOP now.

Be like a Tree

How do we stop fighting Anxiety and let the force flow through the body without we lose our sense of Self and Awareness?

The answer is; be like a Tree.

In my course, I explained how Anxiety associated with movements. It is designed to move (e.g. fight or flight). If you could observe, you will see that people who have Anxiety hardly sit still. The energy makes us move; often against the flow. And fighting the flow of anxiety is like swimming against the tide.

If you look at the trees, they are Still, and yet the branches and leaves move with the wind. If the branches and leaves fight the wind, it breaks. If we fight Anxiety, we break too because the force of Anxiety is great.

In the present of Anxiety, find your centre of Awareness and be still. Breathe and let the Anxiety flow as it is. If you have to move, do it consciously. If you are dealing with Sacred Anxiety or psychology Anxiety, none movement helps strengthen your sense of Awareness. And through your Awareness, you will feel the courage to face Anxiety with peace and compassion.

This, That and the Truth

In all experiences, in every story we encounter, there are three sides of it; This, That and Truth. We often fall for either This or That. The moment we pick side, we are moving away from the Truth.

The three sides of Life not only apply outside of us. What if, picking side even about ourselves can drag us away from knowing our inner Truth?

Ponder on this. Why many people feel torn apart? It is because we are This moment who longing for That moment. We pick sides and we pick which experiences to live and which to deny.

What if, every experiences offer us revelation about ourselves?, but it need us to stop choosing sides and just Be with the experiences.

What if, even sadness or Anxiety or hatred or grief can reveal our Inner Truth if we choose to be with it without judgement?

Conscious Breathing for The Anxious Human Earthlings

One of my coaches taught me to pick a theme and an affirmation to live by throughout the year. The theme will provide a solid foundation, focus and a reminder. By doing this, we will know where our ground is. It doesn’t matter what happens within the year, we shall get back to our ground. The affirmation is to shift the mind’s voice and also serve as a reminder.

This year I chose Conscious Breathing as my theme and the statement is ‘I Am Love and Peace’. I already bought few breathing books with me when I was in Brunei two years ago. All I need was to remind myself to be aware of my breathing.

Long story short. Nine months later, I feels that I need to share some messages with all of you about breathing, specifically about conscious breathing. All I can say here is, peace flow through breathing. It’s hard for Anxiety to exist or to hurt us when we know how to breathe right.

Step 3: The Practical Steps to Heal From Illness

Step 3: I Can Heal

Don’t just take the words ‘I can heal’ as words of convincing but turn it into a belief too. BELIEF is a powerful force in human life. It works with subconscious mind. Subconscious mind then work directly with the body, mind and emotion. It also means, you can try many techniques of healing or medications but without believing that you can heal, healing becomes impossible to your body.

In part my healing treatment, I would guide my client to create a belief through powerful affirmation I create for them based on their need. The affirmation that they affirm on daily basis will help them reprogram their belief and heal them from within. As I always mentioned to my clients that primary healing start within them and secondary healing comes from the healers and medication. So always, always heal from within.

Tips: Besides create a belief through affirmation; you should avoid reading articles that does not contribute to your healing and beliefs. If you has an illness that scientifically no cure have been found yet (e.g diabetic, SLE), build a belief that you can ‘free’ yourself from the illness on period basis like months basis, yearly basis or entire lifetime

Neck and Shoulder Pain – Spiritual Healing

As I growth deeper in spiritually, I became more conscious about physical illness that relate to spiritual own being. It doesn’t matter how you want to see yourself as:- a spiritual being in human body and experience chemical process or a human who have a soul tied together in this life. Either way, being a human will connect us to the chemical experiences. And either way, soul comes together as part of the being human. Hence, illness, a chemical changed or imbalance would directly connected to our higher being too.

Today, I would love to share my experience in healing a person who has neck and shoulder pain and the meaning of these pains spiritually.

What is Neck and Shoulder Means Spiritually?

As we all know that shoulder carry responsibilities. We see this mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Try carrying something with your hands and walk around, where would you put the weight that you carry so you don’t feel so heavy carrying it? Many people would place it on their shoulder.

How about neck? Physically neck is use to change view from one point to another, from right to left, from bottom to up, north to south and east to west. Spiritually, neck is use for same purpose too. At the higher level of our being, neck would be used to change view from a point of life to another point of life.

When I performed Reiki healing on the person, who was having neck and shoulder pain on her left side, I could feel the blockage in her energy flow. I took a moment to feel the person emotionally. A sudden heaviness and imbalance can be felt on my left side. After few questions and answers sessions between us, these were the finding:

    The shoulder pain was related to the job related stress. Consciously she was stress free but not subconsciously. It was the subconscious mind that brought the pain to the surface.

  • Her career path has changed but she hasn’t, subconsciously. This act of unacceptability and less love towards her job made she thinks that this job is not meant to be hers. So whatever weight that comes together with the job need to be carried unwillingly on her shoulder too.  The heaviness leads to the physical shoulder pain.
  • The neck pain was about her not being able to see the excitements of the job that lies in another point of view.
  • Flow of energy was stuck on her left side can be related to the function of her right brain too. The finding was she seldom connects directly to her feeling and beliefs. She allow it to ‘just be’, which is good but it were left untreated. The accumulation of untreated feelings and beliefs will lead to additional burden to the emotional being.

The Healing

So upon the healing, I brought up the stress to the surface and I asked her to let it go and detach from it (It takes understanding and willingness to perform detachment. How fast the detachment process is based on the person willingness to let it go from her mind and emotion). When she detached from her stress, the energy started to flow easily on her and I felt the balance on her emotion too.

After 2 days (about 3 sessions of healing), she healed. A little pain was still left on her neck and it will heal when she’s ready to look at her job from different point of view and start to allow love and enjoyment to flow through her.

Affirmations:

Affirmation was given as a tool for better creation in life. I wrote specific affirmations for her at the level of healing so she could allow certain energies flow without blockage, helping her change perspectives in her career and connect her emotion directly to her life.

“I am allowing love and joyous energy flow through me with freedom. Abundance is now appears in every creation of my life and I am peaceful with life now. And so it is. Thank you”
