Look at these faces. One of the language of Love. If meditation is difficult for you, stare at these faces and breathe. You will feel Love. Then you wanna kiss them and talk to them and hugs them and call them your babies 🙂

Even they just gonna be around for a while, their presence make so much different to us. And Eckhart Tolle was right. They are the Zen Masters.

We were before We

We were sleeping before we are awake. We were not-self until we know our Self. We were lost until we recognised our paths. We were adults until we are innocence. We were in cage until we know freedom. We were blind until we open our eyes.

Forgive our paths. Forgive our inner child. Forgive our experiences. Forgive our mistakes. Forgive when we were dreaming. Forgive when we are awake.

Accept every pieces of us. Accept our countless breathe. Accept this moments. Accept our existence.

Can we know ourselves through Emptiness?

Emptiness; we always perceived it as pain. Perhaps what we really feel is an unknown feeling to the mind. It is a void that we never explore. And often we fill the void with something or someone. After all, Emptiness is designed to motivate us to seek for something or somebody to fill the space. With Emptiness, we desire for the Wholeness.

We never actually explore Emptiness and understand it for what it Is.

What if Emptiness is an unknown that has many potentials to grasp?

What if Emptiness is not a pain but a sense of longing for Oneness?

What if Emptiness is our formless side that we never get to know?

What if Emptiness is a magnet that pulls us on the right path?

What if Emptiness is an indicator that Life is changing the course?

What happens if we embrace Emptiness like embrace Love?

Can we know ourselves through Emptiness? If Emptiness made us seek for external fulfilment, it could also make us look for inner fulfilment. Why not try to sit with the feeling and find out what it wants us to explore?

I Love to Judge but…

Everyone has Judgemental Mind (whether the energy is defined or undefined, everyone experience it). And the judgemental mind has its energy. Every energy has polarity (duality, yin/yang, berpasangan) including the judgemental mind. One side of the energy has lower vibration, and the other end of the energy has the highest vibration.

What Happen to Us When We Use The Judgemental Energy?

The lowest vibration of this energy will make a person tend to gossip and judge others in a negative way. The highest expression of this energy will cause the individual become a skillful thinker which the analytical mind could see differences and similarities of patterns and shape of Life. Scientists and intellectual falls into this category.

The judgemental mind is not bad or evil. It has its purpose to serve human in seeing differences and similarity so humanity could thrive from time to time. It is how we use the judgemental mind that counts. If we stuck in the lowest expression of this energy, we constantly hurting people through our judgements (gossips, bad-mouthing, etc). If we live in the highest expression of this energy, we can change the world because through the judgement comes understanding, corrections and solutions.

Judgemental Energy, judge and analyse. That’s all it do. But the vibrational point in which we execute our causes can make a lot different in our life and the world. If you want to see yourself think differently or experience the highest expression of this energy, you need to shift the judgemental energy from moment to moment.

 

Shift your mind and you shift your world

How Do We Shift The Energy?

We can do it through silence. Judgemental energy needs to express its trait through the throat centre. Be wise in your expression through this energy. For example, if you can catch yourself gossips about others, you can become aware that your judgemental energy is vibrating at the lower vibration. Quickly shift yourself into a silence mode. Say No More! and walk away.

The other way is through reading and analytical thinking on similarity and differences between what we perceive and what we believe. I practice this a lot when I read books on different ideology and beliefs. For example, when I read books about consciousness, I use the energy to judge the differences and also the similarities between one religious culture to another…And I do it just for the fun of judging and thinking

If you can shift the judgemental energy into a higher vibration, you can see the different in the way you think and experience the reality. Shift your mind and you shift your world.

How to Respond to Egomaniac People?

This is very interesting subject to express in the blog. The reason is I took weeks to go through the lessons too. Dealing with ego mind can drained the energy and cause us emotionally and mentally tired. I have been through that for weeks and then I realise this; all of us took years to just understand ‘Why we have these people in our lives?’. Although we know that everyone is a teacher and if they didn’t teach us beautiful experiences, they teach us the ugly ones. But that’s not the salvation. We didn’t stop experiencing ugly moments in life even after we knew the answer. And it keeps coming back to us, isn’t it? So answering the question is not the solution here.

Egomaniac people (the term is just for the article only) are people who unconsciously run their lives through their ego minds. They (the people) are the passenger and the driver is the ego mind. They go where the ego mind takes them, which against their free spirit. You can see there are many people still stuck in their ego minds, and that including me and you. We have been generalized into ego being. Although the consciousness is rising and there are many people are now practise to be present and allow the ego minds to lose its control, there are also people who still hasn’t aware. And these are the people who appear in our presence for many reasons and one of it is to get touch with the light of consciousness that we bring into this world.

The ultimate way to face the egomaniac people is to be present, be in the state of love. That also the easiest way but not many people understand the concept of Just It. So I’m going to share with you the practical ways to face the egomaniac people so you didn’t get caught in the dramas and hopefully in the same time shed some light into their beings with love.

Short respond.

Here’s the ugly truth. When we are dealing with war between egos, nobody wins. The energy of the war itself is use to feed the egos and we end up in emotional pain. But in moments like this (the war), we are so tempted to be heard, we are so eager to explain the ‘truth’ of ourselves but war means no explanation needed.

So the best way to deal with it is just give short respond to the person. And from my experiences, I just responded “okay” or “alright”. Then I leave before my ego mind takes the driver seat.

Avoid their games.

The ego always wanted to be feed. It creates situations so it can be feed and rises. Take a moment to observe egomaniac people; you will notice that they always find ways to create situations that can feed their egos. They complaints and give reasons that others created the situations (mostly problems) and they are the solutions. Take note how the wars in this world started. If you notice their game, avoid playing it. Walk away if you can but if that’s not the choice, just observe it without judgement. That way you wouldn’t fall into the unconscious ego game they created.

Breathe Consciously.

This is the gate to the ultimate way; being present. Breathe as if the only way to stay alive is to stay aware that you are breathing. No thinking by doing that. Just breathe. Go inward with the miracle healing of air and oxygen. And then in between you and the other person is a space for transformation to take place. There was a time when I did this; I noticed the breathing of the said person become aligned with mine, in same beat and harmony. Then the person no longer feel trapped in his own unconscious mind. That’s how we can help ourselves and let the transformation and the light of consciousness help the other person.

Be Transparent.

If you read the book The Power of Now, you would familiar with ‘Be Transparent’. But it takes lots of practise to be transparent. Transparent in this context is not related to honesty. It’s something like soul, transparent. It’s something like clear water where you can see what’s inside it. If you can see aura, you only see the transparent colour(s). Do notice that you can also see whatever things behind the aura, the visible things. That’s what it means by being transparent. This method, whatever is coming onto you will not hit you because there is no wall to hit. It then will go through you; just like your sight go through the aura, the soul (that’s including spirits) and water.

Most important point here is not to fall into the unconscious ego mind that you have in you. That’s the whole point of this article. It’s not about changing the egomaniac people and forces them to surrender their ego mind. That’s not our job. This practical ways is about saving ourselves so that we do not stop rising our consciousness from day to day. The rest will be taken care just the way it is.

Those who have followed my blog since last year knew that I am contributing articles on motivation, personal growth and healing to a lifestyle monthly newspaper/magazine called The Iskandarian/Waves Lifestyle. All the articles that I wrote and I am writing are to inspire reader, to educate readers on energy healing and emotional healing and to give hope to many people who feel that life is tough and uneasy.

Recently I have brought the magazine and the previous articles (re-printed) to the new readers, Filipinos who I worked together as a team. I am grateful that the sharing of experiences and knowledge are expanding to the international readers like the Filipino.

How to Deal with Thoughts of Failure?

Go make mistakes today.

The first response you will get for yourself is FEAR. A sign your ego is at its defense ‘you cannot make mistakes because mistake is humiliating. You cannot fail because failure is humiliating’. Let the thought be. Acknowledge it but do not give energy to it. Do not analyze how far the future mistakes and failures would be. Don’t think further than the first thought.
This can stop the fear of failure from growing as a feeling, where it will let you sail with your unconscious belief that you can never achieve success in your life. If you sail together with these thoughts of failure far from your consciousness and far away from your awareness, you have already failed in reality.

Then make your first step, an opposite step of failure; a successful step. This is a crucial step because to do the opposite of failure is already a success. This success is far greater than the one you imagine would happen in the future because it heals the fear of failure in you in an instant. And because it increases your self-esteem one strength at the time.

Never fear failure because failure and success are equally divided. If you are making a success, you must expect failures. Likewise, if you are making failures, you must expect success. Both successes and failures draw each other closer. When you think of success, your mind draws the thought of failure too. When you think of failure, your mind draws the thought of success for you. It is not the success or failure that brings the fear in you but the conflict you have when these two entities draw each other. So it is important to aware that this is just your mind bring balance for you.

And for the third step, practice surrender. Sometimes thoughts can go wild on making you feel like a failure. Whatever you are thinking in your mind, ALWAYS trust your feeling, intuition, guts, God; that whatever failures you are experiencing, it is happening to MAKE YOU A SUCCESSFUL PERSON.

Now take a deep breath and get ready to make mistakes and face failures. Learn and forgive yourself along the journey. And see what is unfolding for you.

Treasure in YOU

We are so caught in the unconscious patterns in searching the self-identification through materialism. We search the world of love and peacefulness through physical treasures like body slimming, fancy cloths, expensive cars and more money. And along the journey to this quest, we become more lack than we first started. Why is that?

The answer is we have lost connection with our true treasure, the SELF within. We spend time focusing on external worlds and treasures and we forget what matters the most is ourselves; the soul that lives in this physical body, the perfect body and health we have, the balance emotions and the powerful mind.

Today, you can start spending 10 minutes on this activity; change your focus from the external world (from money, relationships with others, problems, illness) to your inner world. Only 10 minutes as a start and let us start with one part of the body.

1. Close your eyes.
2. Breathe, inhale and exhale deeply.
3. Focus only on your breath for a moment.
4. Feels the energy living inside you. Feel your hands from within.
5. Acknowledge the hands that feed food into your mouth, the hands that heal others through touches. Feels it but not thinking about it.
6. Feels the love you have between YOU and these hands.
7. Bring these hands to your heart center.
8. Say ‘Thank you for being part of me. I love you’.

This activity can help you connect with your world from within through your physical body. The physical body is known as the door into our inner world. This simple activity can be done in the office or anywhere you like it.

You can do the same activity again tomorrow and you may choose another part of the body like your feet, your eyes, your brain and so forth. You can skip step 7 or use visualization when you connect love between the body parts and your heart. The more you practice, the more deeper you connect with your true treasure – YOURSELF!

Bubbles of Thoughts

If everything in this world exists to tell and teach us something about life, there must be something about the ocean bubbles too. Why are they here? Of course, it is a process of momentum by the waves but why bubbles; an existence of a short-lived life?

Try this perspective;

Let say the ocean bubbles, every of it represent our thoughts. It comes and go in one seconds. It is rare to see ocean bubbles last for a minute. When a bubble appear and disappear, another bubbles take turns. On the beautiful shores around the world, there are countless of bubbles. Perhaps millions or billions, come and go.

Our thoughts work the same way too. Given all the human in this world right now processing thoughts, it could be billions of thoughts appearing right now. Just like the ocean bubbles appearing right now. And as I write this, new thoughts appeared and go, new bubbles appeared and go too.

The similarity is thoughts exist less than seconds too (perhaps less than one second). And the existence of the thoughts never die, just like the existence of the bubbles. Thoughts in general are countless in numbers. That is why we always complaint that we have so many things in our minds. Although they come and go like the bubbles, but their abstract appearance like monkey swings from one branch to another is considered messy most of the time. Hence, we get discomfort by too many thoughts.

So what can we do? We certainly can’t stop the thoughts from coming into our minds, just like the shore can’t stop the bubbles from appearing. However, there is a thing we can do.

Do nothing.

Let the thoughts come and go as it is. Just like the sandy shores let the foam of bubbles come and go as it is. Have you seen any shores in this world hold the bubbles and wait for another momentum so the size of the bubbles become bigger? No. The shores allow the waves work as it is and allow the bubbles appear as it is. We should do the same thing too. Let the thoughts appear as it is. Don’t hold on the thoughts and make it bigger by adding energy to it (by thinking more about it).

Now, don’t get me wrong. There are important thoughts and these thoughts need to be expanded by put it into a plan and actions, healing and creating. It is a process we call manifesting. But think of it wisely, how many thoughts that come to you today are important?  Let say out of thousands thoughts? And really, you must know it. The reason we get mentally tired and miserable because we try to live by all the thoughts! On every thoughts that appeared, we tried to analyze it. We tend to judge it. We try to understand it.

Part of the beautiful beach and shore is the bubbles that appeared after the sound of waves hit the floor. Part of the beautiful mind is our thoughts that appear after one another. Let it be as it is. Let it swing in your mind. Don’t pay attention to it unless it is really important to be manifested into your life. If you do this long enough (on daily practice) you will notice that the thoughts didn’t really have power over you. It just thoughts. You will also notice that they didn’t appear quite frequently as they used to be. You will be surprised that important thoughts will appear visible in your mind compared to unimportant thoughts. Then remarkable ideas and creative thoughts are easily access at this point.

If we didn’t pay attention to our thoughts, where else can we pay attention to?

Life. Pay attention to life entirely. Pay attention to your body by feeling it. Pay attention to the life around you by feeling it. Feels it in your heart and every part of your body. Use all your senses but not your mind. Pay attention to your breathing and you will notice that life breathe as you breathe.

This method of shifting your consciousness has been taught beautifully by Eckhart Tolle in his book The Power of Now.

You have the power to stop from getting miserable with the thoughts that comes into your mind. Let it be. If it is yours and it’s important to be manifested, you just know what you need to do. Otherwise, be harmony like the bubbles and the shores. Accept one another as it is. Accept the thoughts that comes into your mind with love. They will do nothing harm to you and you will not feel mentally tired easily.

If You Must.

For some people, they want to be identified by their thoughts. They take serious note on what is going on inside their mind. They simply need to know what are the things that bothering their minds. Some people needs clarity. It is alright if you must know. Here some simple tips on how you can untangle the messy chains of thoughts in your mind.

Write all the thoughts that appear in your mind in one piece of paper. Spend five minutes for this task. You will be surprised that thousand thoughts you claimed swinging in your mind are actually less than 10 thoughts counted in number. This happen because only important thoughts scream the most. Once you know what kind of thoughts that bothering your mind, you can start taking necessary actions to solve and heal the matter. You can use the same method if you have too many ideas in your mind that you need to manifest the thoughts into reality.
