What to Know About Human Design, BG5 and Conscious Business?

How does Human Design work on businesses?

In businesses, we called the system BG5 (Base Group 5). The system uses the same principle to analyse the potentials and forces that we need in order to run businesses.

When three to five people come together in a group, Penta is formed (a force of energy). A fully functional Penta will allow energy to stream from the Sacral up to the Throat through the G centre.

There are total six channels in a Penta that has twelve gates. Each gate has certain roles in a business. For example, Gate 31 (The Gate of Influence) has an energy for administration, and Gate 7 (The Army) has an energy for planning. Together these gates create a stream of energy for Leading the businesses towards its future goal.

Different chart, different language.

BG5 uses different language than Human Design. It is designed to cater the masses. It also focuses on career development and business organisations. Unlike Human Design which is used for personal and spiritual transformation, BG5 is used to help people thrive on the material plane, including in the business organisation.

I prefer to say that Human Design is about inward transformation and BG5 is about outward transformation (mastering the outside world).

What’s BG5 for big organisations?

Since BG5 is about measuring potentials of three to five people for a small business, how does BG5 works for a big organisation? For a big organisation, the analysis is based on OC16 (Organising Channel 16-The Wa). This is the highest form of analysis in the business sector of Human Design.

Why BG5?

I came to know Human Design since 2014 but I never thought of pursuing their certification until I heard of BG5. Given that I have a deep interest in fixing how business culture can be improved (moving towards Conscious Business), I decided to embark on this journey with Human Design and BG5. Turned out, what I desire to change is aligned with the principle of BG5.

Any changes in the world including in businesses must begin with an individual. When we know our potentials and wisdom, we are able to contribute our energy in the right way; indirectly nurturing our growth and honouring our true Self. This is where personal and career development begin. By gathering individuals’ potential, we share our empowerment, creativity, and understanding through businesses, whether as an employer or an employee. Imagine the contribution we could give to the world just by living our potentials through career and businesses.

What do I see in business patterns these days?

In the next ten years, many businesses that operate on the old system are going to face challenges in maintaining their values and operations. Conscious Business is one of the new forms of businesses that emerging throughout the world. Although BG5 and Conscious Business are two different areas, I see potentials of using BG5 to nurture the growth of Conscious Business.

By 2027, we are moving into small groups operating businesses that focus on the human potentials and benefits for the world (environment, energy etc). I see this as part of alignment between BG5 and Conscious Business. I do not claim there will be no big organisations at all. Things that I see change is our Awareness. Even in big organisations, the focus will be divided into small groups basis.

Although my writing is based on my insight and understanding of BG5 (generally) and Conscious Business; the patterns in collective can be seen clearly. Many career people who once enjoy corporate life, are no longer enjoying it. Many of them started to invest in their small businesses and skills. It seems that only through the foundation of small businesses, we can fully channel our creativity and nurture others.

This is where we are heading whether we like it or not. The question is, what can we do to help ourselves and our fellow employees to align with the changing force?

Pain, The Greatest Teacher Part 1 & 2

Recently I spoke to my editor from The Iskandarian/WAVES Lifestyle newspaper about turning my articles into audio materials. The idea is to cater people who prefer listening than reading. Furthermore, I have many articles from past years that is still useful for the audiences. And she gave me the green light to start the project. 
 
The articles are short. The published articles contain about 300 to 310 words, and the audio comes with three minutes video. So I geared up yesterday for recording and editing. And today I have two videos to share.
 
My first pick is articles (two parts) about Pain, The Greatest Teacher. No one likes pain. However, if we are willing to acknowledge our pain and be with it, the pain we feel can teach us many things about ourselves and Life. 
 
Remember that even pain has a quality, and the quality of the pain depends on the quality of observer.

Internet Business Class and Wealth with Law of Attraction

Last year few people asked me if I ever thought of doing my own talk. My replied was “The plan is either end of this year (2011) or early next year (2012) depends on how soon the injury heals.” It was a little bit dragged but my dream came true. Last week on 9th June 2012, I had my first class in my hometown, Penang.

The class was more on Internet Business and techniques but I have added a 45 minutes talk on Law of Attraction (specifically on wealth attraction). My objective is to help participants build their own internet business with proper technical steps and roll it together with the laws of life like Law of Attraction and Power of Wishes (affirmations). The modules will help participants build the business in terms of giving actions and receiving the results and wealth.

The idea to start the class came one week before I travel to Penang for vacation. Yes! One week for a class, modules, marketing and arrangement, was indeed one crazy idea. But this was what I told myself when the idea came to me; Let’s Make It Real. Although I’m an optimistic but I’m also a bit of realist. With only one week I had in hand for everything and the place I choose, I don’t expect a crowd of 20-30 participants. My expectation is only 5 to 7 participants. Ask and you shall receive and I eventually scored 5 people for the first class with 2 people to help me on the photo shoots and others. So total people were 7! This is awesome as a start! (Just so you know that one participant didn’t turn up for the class but she is now having online class with me via email)

There were two guys and two ladies registered for the class. The one that wearing red shirt was the host, Hezreen (below picture). She was the one who been asking for the class since last year and willing to travel to my place just to learn something new. I sensed her dedication was genuine and honest, so I decided to bring the class to her place. I only asked for free drinks for participants, she gave us more than that. What a beautiful soul she is.

The lady who sat beside Hezreen is Corina, who have asked me about Internet Business in 2010. Two years later, when I text her about the class, she was excited to participate.

And that’s me. I was giving explanation and differences between Affiliates and Drop Ship. There are huge different between being an affiliates and doing drop ships. In the class I have explained what are their efforts and things they need to do when they choose to be an affiliate, re-sellers or both.

I love the excitements that they shared with me especially from Hezreen and Corina. Both gentlemen, Rafi and Hafiz (siblings) were calmer and a little shy. Rafi seems a bit excited when it comes to artifacts and Sugar Glider discussion, which he has intention to take it into proper business.

The Wealth with Law of Attractions has given everyone new perspective in creating wealth in life and business. All the participants have no clue what is Law of Attraction and how it works. After few slides on the subject, they started to realize many things that happen to them in terms of financials and money. Hezreen quoted “Ah! No wonder I could only sell a house last month because I’ve said – If I could sell a house is great enough…then I did and I started to get panicked because a house is not great enough”. 

In the same subject, I have given the participants steps in creating wealth with law of attraction including creating positive habit and daily practices, and reprogram wishes within conscious and subconscious mind.

I’m planning to roll the same class again in Penang, Kuala Lumpur and Selangor and I believe in this, the numbers of participants is now growing. If you interested in learning both of these subjects or either one of it, please contact me via my email or phone numbers.

What is Affirmation Program?

In this simple article, I would love to explain why I have added affirmation writing as part of the healing programs. Here are the explanations:

1. Every creation is happening NOW, not in the past and not in the future but it happens NOW.

2. Every creation begins through these ways:

  • The power of our thoughts and imaginations (Mind)
  • The power of our emotions
  • The power of our words.

3. What we have in our minds and emotions, we always affirm it through our words.

4. As we speak (affirm), we create.

5. As we create, God, through His wonderful creation, The Universe will bring the creation into our lives accordingly.

Basically creation of our lives always comes from our mind, emotions and our own words. It is as simple as speak good words and good things will come into our lives. So with the negative words and it happen in the same process.

When Balance Finds You

Since 2012, every event that occurred in my life have taught me lessons and helped me growth beautifully from inside. I’ve learned that love is not something we get but it is something we give unconditionally. It becomes a practice to me and I must admit, it is not easy to give love especially in the most inconvenient situations like arguments. So practice made perfect.

God always have better plans for us and I do believe that. First He taught me to learn to Love myself and my own body. In that period, I discover that every human has a power of healing provided they allow the healing process to take place. Then He taught me to love people through healing process. Since then, I started to discover my potentials and gifts but I wasn’t entirely sure about it. So He sent me people who came into my life and shared with me their experiences. Not just that, they were the ones who pointed out my potentials as a natural healer.

I pondered few times about being a healer, regardless naturally or otherwise and I noticed that many people have turned to be healers. The question is why? What is happening and why people suddenly changed their paths to be healers? After a while, the answer came (check out the poster below).

Love is indeed a healing factor itself. It all started when Love arises in me and I felt the balance of life deep within. It just a matter of how to live the balance after so many attachments I have in my life. Once the balance set it, many things came along including love, wealth, health and more. Balance is something we cannot run away from it and it is a MUST to learn how to live with it. So when balance finds you, get ready mentally, emotionally and spiritually because your life is turning beautifully as it should.

Since I have learned Usui Reiki, I’m going to give systematic healing and guide people to stay balance in their life with Love. And this is me coming back to the business with more systematic ways. Hello to you again and the sun is shining now. I promised myself to come out and play and here I am now ready to guide you with beautiful programs and live life wealthy, healthy and in beautiful loving ways.

In the past two months, I’ve learned many new knowledge especially on emotion, mind and physical healing. I’ve learned that in the world where we live, there are many more things live with us. I’ve learned that the world is ‘opening up’ and more similar circumstances will be experienced by many people regardless religions and race.

I took opportunity to learn a proper system of self healing and healing in energy so I could help people effectively and help myself effectively too. When I was looking for the right knowledge of this, Usui Reiki found me through a friend of mine (who is a Master Reiki). Without hesitation, I took the course and have obtained 2nd degree so far.

Reiki heals at the level of energy, wherever the energy is. Reiki not just provide healing for physical illness but also emotion. During this past two months journey, many people I’ve met have mentioned the natural of healing I have with me. I took their words and allow myself to discover my true-self. What I have seen and experiences are far greater than what I have expected. Since this is who I am now, I’m not going to waste it. Knowledge taste best when we practice it. Therefore, I’m going to do the same with the Reiki knowledge I have with me.

When I come back soon, my consultation will cover Emotional Healing for those who wants to be heal emotionally and effectively via Reiki. Physical healing can be done too but upon consultation only.

So far, I have gave Reiki healing to animals (my favourite; bird and fish…looking forward to heal cats and others), to few people I knew and proven their illness is reducing and to situations too.

Bottom line is, I have better healing system to work with and to use in helping people transform their energy, heal and build better life. So see you soon!

The Healing State

During my absence in motivation line-of-work, I got helped. I got it from people who used to walk on same path before, I got it from people who experienced same things like I did and I even got it from experts. These people understand the meaning of “The Healing State”.

One of the articles in this blog has explained my situation and why I choose to step aside from coaching until I get myself healed. One and the main reason was I unable to contribute “The Healing State” to the people I help or coach (I described it as I was lack in positive and love energy). Love and positiveness is important contribution in healing process. Allow me to explain an example.

A person who is sad, devastated, frustrated or heartbroken carries negative energy with him. He will shower and spread the negative energy towards surrounding with or without he realize it.

A healer is a person who carries positive energy with him. The source of positive energy is Love. Good healers shower and spread positive energy towards surrounding with or without he realize it. Here’s the question: What will happen when negativity meets positiveness?

The answer is, the energy will be neutralized and the state is called Healing.

When I relate the healing state with my progress, am I healed? Yes. I had progress positively and I’m eternally grateful with the progress but I do not achieve the state I want yet. I knew it is there and I will get to that stage sooner than I thought. So, those who wish I come back in action soon, thank you for the wishes. I will come back.  The heavy rain has stopped. It just drizzling now and the sun will be shined in no time.
