Struggles are Empowering.

Yesterday was the busiest day so far. I’m currently running three projects. One is under my own company. The other two are for people I work with where my skills are shared as a Personel Manager (Gate 17). Basically, my skills are used for structuring flow for their coaching businesses, seeing their goals, share my perspectives, and doing few other kinds of stuff.

These are one of my best experiences for doing what I love and for the recognitions that others give to me.

All that busyness is flow and support for my education fund and also for the living. Within this busyness, I get to make friends with many people and see their perspectives about Life. And the beauty is I get to experience the value of Awareness in those moments.

I believe everyone has their own struggles. I surely have mine. Born with the channel of Struggle (38-28) in my design; I experience tremendous struggle since I was a kid. What I can tell you is, with struggles, we have the potentials to live our purposes; only if we could remove the negative value from the word ‘Struggle’.

Anyway, that’s one delicious Salted Beef Sandwich I had yesterday at Rubberduck Cafe during work meeting with a friend. It is highly recommended for beef lover.

My day started at 6 am yesterday to attend a class and two meetings in the evening, one report for a client and two naps. Yes! I love my naps :).

Meet Our Zen Masters

Look at these faces. One of the language of Love. If meditation is difficult for you, stare at these faces and breathe. You will feel Love. Then you wanna kiss them and talk to them and hugs them and call them your babies 🙂

Even they just gonna be around for a while, their presence make so much different to us. And Eckhart Tolle was right. They are the Zen Masters.

Wisdom from Our Elders

LOL. This made me laugh.

Creative title, and it’s true.

Live moment by moment and let the body age gracefully.

Slowly the numbers doesn’t bother us anymore.

And for what it’s worth, I feel that the F words are sexy.

F referring to the age Forties and Fifties.

Wearing A Veil

Recognition is an unpredictable stuff. Some people can spend a lot of time with you but they still don’t recognise your true self. What they see is a veil that covers you. And because they don’t know that the veil is not part of you, they will say “the veil makes you perfect so keep wearing it”. It’s not their fault, and not yours either because we don’t know we are wearing a veil.

The moment you take off the veil, you become your True Self and suddenly these people don’t know who you are. They cannot recognise you because all these while they see you through a veil. But some people could recognise you from far away even they don’t know you that much.

That’s why I feel recognition of a True Self is unpredictable because we don’t know who will notice it and who don’t. And the moment you take off your veil, your life will change, your circle of people will change, your priority will transform and your purposes will be recognised.

Trust Yourself

Trust is not easy. I’m not talking about trusting people. In fact, we trust people way too easy than trusting ourselves.

Trust ourselves first. Trust the sacredness of our Self. Trust the silent Soul within us. Trust our instinct and intuition. Trust our genetics. Trust our bloods and heartbeat. Trust every breath we inhale and exhale. Trust the fear and love we feel. Trust the anxiety that pushing us to wake up. Trust the pain that is screaming. Trust the healing that is flowing, that light is shining.

Trust is not easy. It was taken away from us for many centuries.

Trust is a practise. Trust is about surrendering to Life; even if our shadows shout and scares us with doubts and pain.

Trust that we are here to be different. Trust is the only way to begin.
