Moments of Transformation

Few days ago I sat in front of beautiful plants. The plants have tiny purple flowers. I remember that I bought these plants in 2010 because I like the tiny purple flowers. As I starred at the plants I saw 3 caterpillars were eating up the tiny leaves. These caterpillars were in metamorphosis (transition) period from caterpillars to butterfly. Nearly 98% of the body were covered in protective shell and only the head still uncovered.

As I looked at these three caterpillar, I saw one of them slide inside the shell slowly and closed the cover that entirely wrapped its head too. The caterpillar seems like stitching the shell and seconds later, it was completely closed. Silent. Nothing was around except its patience…patience in waiting for another beautiful life to be born. A moment alone. A moment of must. A moment of nature. A moment of growth. Transformation between the life, death and living.

The Lessons
I’ve learned many things from this one caterpillar. One of it is transformation has no fear and it is a must process. The caterpillar spent the moment in silent and let life take its own course and transform into another phase of life. Look closely, same application applies in our lives too. This has been practice by great people and gurus throughout the world. On daily basis, we must find our moment in silent and transform many things into beautiful things;

arguments into love,
problems into solutions,
anger into patience,
fear into love,
darkness into lights,
transmutation of energies, non-beneficial to beneficial,
negative to positive
good to better
better to great
and death to a life.

How Can You Do It?
All you can do is spend 30 to 60 minutes in silent every night and do this transmutation of energies. It can be done through meditation, self-reflection moment or self-healing. It is to transform your life from wherever you were into something better and from nothing to accomplishment of lessons.

The caterpillar exists to teach us the beauty of transformation. It is up to us to see it as life priceless lesson or just see them as another creature that exists just to fancy the world.

Step 7: Always Avoid the Opposite

Law of Attraction simple rules: Your action must not contradict your desire. If your desire is to be healthy again, therefore, in every action you make; you must avoid the opposite acts of health. Here are the few simple examples.

a) Avoid Mention Your Illness
Sometimes we are tempted to speak of the illness to others for many reasons. One of the common reasons is seeking understanding from people around us.  However, if you have to speak of your illness, speak only one and that’s it. Practise ‘no repetition’ in explaining your illness to others.

The reason is; when you speak of your illness, you are giving your attention and focus to your illness. The energy and vibration that you put on your illness plus what others may have for you (like sympathy, sadness) only contributes more power towards your illness.

Tips: Speak only about health. If you need to speak about your illness and how bad it has ruined your life and your motivation, find a right person to talk too. By all means, find a person who will not help you contribute more unnecessary energy towards your illness. This may sound a little weird but this is how many people feed their illness and help it growth unintentionally.

b) Avoid Unhealthy Habit

Any habit that opposite from the health must be avoided. If you are a smoker, try to quit smoking. If you are an alcohol drinker, drink lesser or quit drinking. If you a person who like to sleep till the afternoon, change the habit to wake up early in the morning because morning life unfold countless healing for you.

Tips: For smoker who wanting to stop smoking; advisable is not to quit cold turkey. Instead reduce the cigarette intake on daily basis. The most important thing is every effort counts. Small effort counts too.

c) Avoid Give-up

Giving up will unfolds all the opposite energies of healing and health. A person who gives up will start to eat unhealthy, do unhealthy activities, live unhealthy habits and many more. Give up is the biggest switch that turn off your health and any healing on you. Avoid give up at any costs and give love for your health no matter what.

Tips: When you started to feel give up, please talk to the people who can light up your courage again.  Most of the time, give up just play games of emotions with you. So it is important to channel the energy into love and bring back the courage in you.

5 Things You Should Avoid In The Morning

Do you know that morning is the most powerful time of the day for every human? You must have heard breakfast is the most important meals of the day, morning sun gives you Vitamin D, doors of wealth opened up in the morning, birds start their life when the sun rise, your throat chakra and relate to the thyroid system energized well in the morning especially before the sun rise and if you exercise in the morning, you would feel productive throughout the day.

Morning life does not just give you all above. It gives power to your mind and emotions. Activities that you do in the morning have great affect to your body, mind and emotion. Many people didn’t realize how some unnecessary rituals in the morning could affect your being throughout the day. Here are the lists of the unnecessary things you should avoid early in the morning.

1. Reading tragic news.
If you enjoy reading newspaper early in the morning, avoid reading tragic and death story like accidents. Story like this sell the newspaper but didn’t give contribution to the victims and to the readers except the power to create more accidents through the imagination. Not just that, each story creates sadness and this feeling will be remembered as part of the feeling you own to yourself. Bit by bit of this feeling will be carried throughout the day and contributed as unnecessary feelings to your emotion. Read inspiring story or business news instead.

2. Sleeping.
Every great people in the world do not spend their morning with sleeping. Instead, they work their masterpieces during the morning hours. Great people and achievers know that morning has power that gives them momentum to keep moving. If you have a dream to achieve, first thing first; wake up early in the morning and turn your dream into reality. If you really need to catch some sleep, take a nap for 20 minutes in the early afternoon.

3. Drinking Coffee
I used to disagree to this because I love coffee in the morning. But here’s the fact, coffee dehydrate the body. When your body feel dehydrate, you started to feel sleepy and tired. In keeping you moving throughout the morning, coffee is not the best drink to have. The best drink is plain water. Water help stimulate the power and life you get from the morning energy. Second of all, coffee is best to be enjoyed slowly and when you feel sleepy in the afternoon. So go for the coffee after your lunch break, not early in the morning.

4. Complaining. 
Anything that you can wait from complaining, it’s worth the wait! Do not spend your morning energy on complaining especially on the unnecessary things like complaining about your boss, complaining about the traffic jammed, complaining about the foods you have for breakfast and so forth. Complaining drains your energy easily. Complaining stops wealth from coming to you. If you really have to say something, say it in a request manner, not complaining.

5. Talk About Yesterday’s Unfortunate Events.
People who talk about yesterday’s unfortunate events will always have problem to move forward in life. What had happened in yesterday, stay in yesterday. Do not waste your beautiful morning life on things that already happened in the past. Morning gives new life to every creature in the Universe including You. It gives you opportunity to start new every single day. Start it with lots of smile. If you have to resolve a conflict or problem that tie to the unfortunate event, do it positively and not emotionally. It helps you cut the cord between you and the unfortunate events easily.

When Balance Finds You

Since 2012, every event that occurred in my life have taught me lessons and helped me growth beautifully from inside. I’ve learned that love is not something we get but it is something we give unconditionally. It becomes a practice to me and I must admit, it is not easy to give love especially in the most inconvenient situations like arguments. So practice made perfect.

God always have better plans for us and I do believe that. First He taught me to learn to Love myself and my own body. In that period, I discover that every human has a power of healing provided they allow the healing process to take place. Then He taught me to love people through healing process. Since then, I started to discover my potentials and gifts but I wasn’t entirely sure about it. So He sent me people who came into my life and shared with me their experiences. Not just that, they were the ones who pointed out my potentials as a natural healer.

I pondered few times about being a healer, regardless naturally or otherwise and I noticed that many people have turned to be healers. The question is why? What is happening and why people suddenly changed their paths to be healers? After a while, the answer came (check out the poster below).

Love is indeed a healing factor itself. It all started when Love arises in me and I felt the balance of life deep within. It just a matter of how to live the balance after so many attachments I have in my life. Once the balance set it, many things came along including love, wealth, health and more. Balance is something we cannot run away from it and it is a MUST to learn how to live with it. So when balance finds you, get ready mentally, emotionally and spiritually because your life is turning beautifully as it should.

Since I have learned Usui Reiki, I’m going to give systematic healing and guide people to stay balance in their life with Love. And this is me coming back to the business with more systematic ways. Hello to you again and the sun is shining now. I promised myself to come out and play and here I am now ready to guide you with beautiful programs and live life wealthy, healthy and in beautiful loving ways.

Reiki heals at the level of energy, wherever the energy is. Reiki not just provide healing for physical illness but also emotion. My Little Confession

Since I discover spirituality, I have fallen into an unknown zone where I discover my talent and gift.  This specific zone has offered me a new perspective in experiencing life. It was totally a whole new experience to me and it was fun in the beginning, but fun is over-rated. About two months ago, something bad had happened and it had changed my life since then.

In every unknown zone we step in, we will discover our true self, strengths, skills, talents and weaknesses. Basically, that’s how we growth and progress in life. From my experiences, any discovery is just a discovery. It will be written in our minds and our diaries but it just a discovery. What’s more important than discovery is how we live our lives after the discovery. It’s like a person who just discovered she had cancer and it is how she live her life that count. So discovery is just a discovery.

And I didn’t do what I was supposed to do after the discovery. I basically didn’t know how to live my life at this moment.

The reason I write this today is for good. After been advised by a friend, I agreed that people especially my readers, my clients, subscribers, followers and my friends should know what is happening to me. Standing on the title “motivator” didn’t make me a human with super motivation energy. I have to be honest to everyone about things that eaten up my life lately. Even thought I have aware what is happening to me but I failed to address it out properly. And because of that, I didn’t know how easy I fall into early stage of depression.

Why is this important for me and for you?

Those who have subscribed my newsletter would realize by now that I have slow down in sending them newsletters. The reason is simple, I coached subscribers via newsletter and I take coaching seriously.

A subscriber asked me, “How do you know what to write?”. It was a great question. Every month I will pick a subject based on my intuitions. Then I will plan the best coaching and method to share with my subscribers. When I write the newsletters, I gave my best positive energy and love through the writing. When subscribers read the newsletters, I’m hoping they get the energy and the teaching. My goal is to get subscribers feel the value of love and life. When they feel it, they would be able to adapt and apply it in life.

What I have gave as coaching in newsletters and what I’m going to give in future is purely with good intention – To help people live a better life and live with love. Good intention should come with love and positive energy. Sadly, I’m lacking of it right now. Even I still have few topics to coach; it won’t work without love and positive energy. So, that’s the reason why I choose to slow down on newsletters.

I may send newsletters but it would be a simple newsletters and e-books for the subscribers. I hope with these, I still keep the ball rolling.

A Confession

I promised a confession yesterday when I posted it my Facebook Page about my decision to slow down in coaching people. Circa two months ago, I saw, I heard and I felt a tragedy. A young girl, who I never met in my life consciously, appeared in my space in the middle of a night and screamed for help. The emotion she brought with her was very heavy, painful and fear. The waves of energy that came onto me that night were big. The images, the screaming and the emotion pains have pulled me into the darkness. Struggling between the images and my own rational thoughts, I was fighting to know what is happening at that moment. Of course, I have no clue what was going on except to follow my intuitions but there was nothing I could do to change her mind. What had happened later was a tragedy for her and her family…and an imprinted of many negative things in my mind. So that’s my theory, an imprinted of unfortunate tragedy that came together with a discovery of gifted soul and mind.

What had happened to me affect my entire being indirectly. At first I was struggling to catch some lights. It was no fun to live in the darkness. When I saved, the trauma was still there. After few healing process, I learned to let it go. However, I didn’t realize that I started to feel constant fear towards many things and this have affect my physical health indirectly too. Slowly, I started to feel emotionally wounded because I felt that I’m losing myself. I have asked for many help including physicians and spiritual gurus but it didn’t entirely solve my whole problem. I’m still lost.

A friend who advised me to take time-out asked me to let-it-go. My biggest problem is I do not know what else to let-it-go. I have concluded that the tragedy was long gone and I have released the hook during the healing process. So what is my actual problem? All I know that my focus on my life has slowly disappeared. My passions in motivation slowly faded away too. I knew the tragedy was the beginning to all this but things that came along the way that makes it worst. Everything seems to be tangled.

And I feel that I have no progress…in life.

What’s The Conclusion?

In order to help people, I must first help myself to heal…completely. This is to avoid spreading the negative energy around. What had happened to me may happen to many people who are in this ‘motivation‘ and ‘self-help’ business. So it is normal to feel negative and depress but it’s my responsibility to give people the best positive motivation. And for that, I have to give myself the best positive motivation first.

With help from friends and healers, I’m getting better than yesterday, a lot better than last week and last months. I’m eternally grateful with the healing. Even though it’s not 100% healing but I am healing and I am walking towards a healthy life again. I will keep updates about it through my blog and Facebook Page.

I gave myself certain period of time to heal completely. I will document my progress and technique of healing and cleansing so one day it could be uses to help people who fall into the same situation or tragedy. What had happened makes me realize that it is so easy to fall into depression and without help, it might ruin our lives.

Let’s consider this a stormy period in my business and my life. When it’s over, I will come out and play under the sunshine again. Thank you to everyone who has sent and who are sending me healing rays, lights and love. And thank you to my friends, family, subscribers and followers who are still walking with me throughout my journey.

How to Stop The Circle of Road Accidents?

Do you know what the popular news in Malaysia newspapers is? First is the politic and second are the road accidents. More than 10 years ago, Malaysia government and authorities try their best to reduce the road accidents. From one ops (stand for operation) to another, the statistic bars changed from time to time. Sometimes the bar increased, sometimes it decreased but it didn’t solve the whole problem. Question is what’s contributed to the accidents? Was it the drivers’ driving attitude? Was it due to the road conditions? Or perhaps the Ministry of Transportation have failed to take concrete actions to solve the problem? Or maybe it’s a curse for being the best road development in Asia (It was declared by the previous Prime Minister Tun Dr. Mahathir in 1980s).

Many parties blame the drivers for their driving attitudes. I agreed but the whole situations didn’t just come from ‘drivers’ attitudes’. I have a theory on this; A theory where people who believes in the power of subconscious mind and law of attraction would believe in this theory.

I was one of Malaysian who prefers to read tragedy stories from the newspaper. After I’ve discover how’s the story could affect my entire being, I stopped. But many Malaysian are still excited about this kind of news. There are newspapers that sell death stories and it sold well. The stories would be written in details on how’s the tragedy happened and how’s the family felt including what was the last words from the victims. No doubt, news like this helps selling the papers but readers who eager to read such stories didn’t realize the affects to their subconscious mind.

Here’s how it works on us. It may sounds absurd but look at the pattern closely.

1) First we just read and see the tragedy pictures. Reading is simple but what comes during the reading that’s count.

2) Imagination. 

  • When we read, our brains would imagine.
  • The more details the story, the vivid the imagination.
  • Question is to whom the imaginations belong? Answer is our imaginations belong to our lives, not the victims. Yes, we read the victims stories but the imagination is ours.
  • Every thoughts and imaginations have vibrations and it will be sent out to the Universe instantly.
  • Creating process begin instantly too.

3) Emotion development. 

  • When our brains imagine, our emotions developed.
  • When we read sad, tragic and death story, our emotions turn to be sad too.
  • Every emotion we feel has its own vibrations that will be sent out to the Universe instantly.
  • Creating process begin instantly too.

4) Connection built.

  • When we feel sorry and sad about the victims and the family, we started to express our sympathy.
  • The fastest way to express it by putting ourselves in their shoes.
  • By putting ourselves in their shoes, we started to ask ourselves “What if this happen to my family? What if this happen to me? What would I feel?”
  • Questions open up us to the details of the tragedy. By answering the questions (either verbally, through discussion among friends or just in the mind), we are creating the actual drama in our life.

5) Memorysubconscious mind and Law of Attraction.

  • What we read, imagine, see and hear will instantly store in our minds as memory too.
  • When we started the circle of creating, our subconscious minds take it as true event of our lives (not the victims).
  • What’s in the subconscious mind will eventually appear true in our lives.
  • According to Law of Attraction, Like attract like. Therefore when the vibration of the tragedy are equal as ours manifestation, we are inviting the tragedy into our lives. It may started simple like we are attracted to accidents news or we often see accidents in front of our eyes.

So it is a yes that we are the one creating another road tragedy in life. Road tragedy can be avoided in many ways. When drivers drive with courtesy, accident can be avoided. When drivers drive with zero accident memory in mind, accident can be avoided too. But it’s not entirely the drivers’ attitudes that contribute the tragedy because partly, every one of us is responsible for what we create inside our mind.

Don’t get me wrong here. We can’t create accidents for other people. Our creation is only for ourselves. It means the creation of the tragedy is for the person who creates it. When it happens to the person who creates it, it always becomes news for others who have attracted same frequency. So the circle of the tragedy are likely hard to be completely stop. However, it is possible to reduce the tragedy to the minimum statistic.

What I have in here for the readers is how many of us willing to stop reading the tragedy news? A client of mine said “We would not know what is happening around us if we stop reading news like this”. My explanation is simple, how much worth the news to our lives and our mind? How big is the benefit we get from people’s tragedy? The answer is none.

I prefer to show my respect to the victims and the family by not reading the news (definitely by not sharing the news via social network), instead I would send my prayers for them so they would be able to go through the sadness and grief with peaceful heart. My wish is hopefully all of our awareness could help prevent the road accidents statistic from increasing.  When every one of us has the consciousness on the affects, we would likely stop many negative and bad things from ‘recycle’ process including rapes, child abuse and animal abuse.

It all start from a cause and the cause is us.

The Power of Wishes – Part 1

In the previous article, I have mentioned about words that creating our lives. Today, I would like to share my experiences on wishes. I am a human too; therefore I did make mistakes in turning my words into wishes. Allow me to picture the mistakes I made, so you would avoid the same mistake in life.

Every human have been granted with freewill, including freewill of wishes. If we realize, it all started with wishes. I wish to be richer, I wish I could take itI want to be richerI want to take it and many more wishes. Either we use the word “wish” or “want”, we already wishing for it. Remember that “we create as we speak”, every wish we made, and we are creating it. It just a matter of time for our wishes to turn into reality. How good is that? Well, it is good if we wish for the great things. But what about those negative things we accidentally wish into our lives? This happened to me last week, anger and bad wish.

It is not easy to face anger especially when we are alone. I felt it came to me and it came quick. No matter how much I prepared myself to tango with my own anger, I slipped. When we get angry, we tend to say things we didn’t mean to say. Not just that, people who get angry always ask to be leave alone. To say it is already bad, to know it’s happening for real is even worst.

That’s what I did last week. I asked silently inside my head “I just want to be alone”. As promised that everything is in creating process right now, the moment I asked to be alone was the moment everything I love to be with was slowly taken away from me indirectly. I have to say indirectly because what was taken might not necessarily in human form. It could be situation we love the most, relationships or something symbolic to us. The best example is losing support from the people who always support us. However, to realize these smallest changes in life is not everybody’s favourite. In fact, many people only realize the changes in life when something relate to it pop up as a problem. If I have not conscious enough, I would not realize the changes too.

The moment I asked to be alone, everything that I was close with (emotionally, spiritually and mentally) was slowly walked away from me. The first thing that walked away from me was the emotional support from my best friend. Knowing her for many years and she never fails me. However, that day was different. When I asked her for help, she refused to help me. Here’s the weirdest part, she gave me hint to deal with my situation alone and there’s no need for her to help me. She left me alone in a car for more than 30 minutes and she was not that kind of person.

More things happened after that. My other two best-friends were supposed to have lunch with me and they were late. Even if they were late before, they will text. But last week was totally different. They seem like ‘don’t care’ anymore. We end up have our lunches separately.

The last thing that happened completely knocks my head and realized that I had wish for something I do not want. It was my ring and I lost it like a magic. The ring represents symbolic life to me. I was cleaning my hands with a wet tissue and poof! …the ring was missing. I realized it was there and in split seconds it was gone. From that moment I asked myself “What have I wished?”

It took me less than an hour to figure out the mess. The first thing I do was Ho’oponopono cleansing. I gave love and thanked the situation for the service and experience it gave me. Then I rephrased my wishes. I said “I am grateful that I have my family and my friends, I am with them and I am with love. My ring is in my bag”. I repeated it many times for an hour.

Three hours later, I slowly searched for the ring again in my bag. Suddenly my hand felt something solid. It is my ring and it was nicely wrapped with dry tissue. Magical isn’t it? Well it is a magic if you wish to see it that way. Later that evening, my best friends and I gather together and I told them about the wishes. They were sorry for things that happened but it was not their fault. I asked for it. The time them being late or when one refused to help me was the time I asked to be alone. Life is fair. God is even fairer.

The lesson is simple, careful for what we wish for.

In the situation where we get angry, calm down before we make our wishes. Avoid ask yourself to be alone or ask people to leave you. Instead wish for the space to calm down. The simplest example is:

“I need a space so I could feel the space with love”.

When we ask for this, we are asking God to share love with us in order to help us taking care the anger. Love, no doubt will help us reduce the anger too. Not just that, people who appear in our life at that moment of anger are people who could help us growth love and reduce anger.

It is important to know that it always never too late when it comes to create a wish. So, let’s rephrase our wishes and turn our lives into something positive and loving because we do have the power to change.

The Disaster Power of Jealousy

I was sitting in the coffee place and I overheard conversations from two people who sat at the next table. The topic that they discussed was ‘Jealousy’. She expressed her jealousy over her colleague who just been promoted to the higher level. She explained that she deserve the promotion because she’s the senior. And she carried on expressing her jealousy with greatest energy that she contributed through her frustration, anger and jealousy.

Her friend was nodding her head as a sign of agreement. At one time, I almost agree the way her friend handle her frustration and jealousy but before I could say “Thank God”, her friend voiced out.

“I’m jealous too that my cousin’s marriage happier than mine!”

I believe above situation are everywhere. In these days, jealousy has become too common to express and to spread it. There are many disaster point carry by jealousy compare to the goodness. Many people believe that jealousy is a MUST in relationship. If you think the same way too, I’m sorry to say that your belief is not entirely correct.

Jealousy act like a fire. Small fire benefits us and it keeps us warm. Big fire burn houses and it could even burn the entire forest. In terms of energy, the bigger the jealousy we have in our emotions, the greater the energy become. Jealousy always ties together with other emotions like frustration and anger. If we add up all the energy, it will become disaster.

Choose Love, Not Jealousy. Why?

  • The energy of Jealousy is as equal as the energy of Curse. When you feel jealous over people or situations, your jealousy will turn into curse on yourself. This curse will harm you in many ways including physical health, discomfort of emotions and create clouds in your mind.
  • When you express jealousy, you are spreading negative energy to the surrounding. This act will attract same energy to come back to you.
  • Jealousy means lack of love. When you express jealousy, you are pressing down the love energy in you and increasing frustration and anger energy in you.
  • In attracting things you want in life including happy relationship and career success, giving jealousy over this matter will only push your dream away. This is how it works; happy relationship and career success comes in positive energy. Anything that involves love and joy is positive. When you are in negative energy and vibration, would positive energy come to you? No.

If the two women who sat at the next table realize the wonder of love energy, they would not put their jealousy on the higher ground. If you are in the situation like these two women, perhaps you could try below methods. It will help you increase your love energy and decrease jealousy energy. Jealousy for People Happiness

a) When someone receive a promotion in the organization and you don’t like it, instead of feeling jealous, say this:

“I am happy that she’s happy with the promotion. I am giving my love through my congratulation words so she would have the positive energy to carry the duty. I am grateful and honor to see the transformation in me*, in her and in the organization. I am love and love is bringing me the position I desire”

*your transformation is from jealousy to love

b) When someone live a happy relationship or marriage and you don’t like it. Instead of feeling jealous, say this:

“I am happy that the couple are making the world full of love and happiness. I am giving my love to them so they can walk their journey with more love. I am grateful to fill my life with love energy. I am love and love is bringing me the relationship/marriage I desire”

When you are able to put yourself in love energy, you will set yourself free from curse, hate, anger and frustration. When you are able to see things with love, you will realize that every one of us have our glory moments in life. It just happens that some people get their glory sooner than us.  Each one of us have ‘the right timing’ in life. Everyone have their journey, joy and pain. So why choose jealousy when we could speed things up with love? Why choose to be separate from their joy and positive energy when we could be part of it?

Let’s choose love. Say no to jealousy today.

Things You Should Do Before New Year – Part 1

I have this written in my Facebook Page few days before new year. I decided to publish it in the blog so everyone can refer it from time to time.

#1: Make Spaces.

You can’t bring new things into your lives when you still clinging on the old things. Make spaces is important if you want to live a better life in 2012.

Examples:

Relationship: If you wish to be in a relationship or married by 2012, make space by having big bed, empty half of the closet (so he/she can put his/her cloths later) and stop dating the person you knew you will not end up your life with.

Emotionally: If you wish to be happy in 2012, make space by letting go the sadness, frustration, anger or hate in your heart. Happiness and love will not rise inside you when their seats in your heart have been filled by sadness and darkness.

Physical material: Let say you want to get new furniture. Make space by give away the old furniture.

Remember, making space is like a universal signal saying “I am ready to have this (name the thing you want)

#2: Get Rid of Negative Energy.

No point carrying the unnecessary energy to 2012. Many people wanted to achieve new goals (material, career, personal growth, relationship) but it seems hard to get it. The reason they fail is because they keep living on the same experiences (especially emotionally) like last year.

Part of the energy comes from within. It also means, we have control over it. This is how you can get rid negative energy before you enter 2012.

No Negative Energy is Allowed Here

  • List down the things that you STILL feeling bad about it on piece of paper. For example all the bad experiences that causes you hate and anger or frustration.
  • Once you done and before you end the letter, you write – “I’m letting you go now for good and I’m thanking you for the service you gave me” (Bad experiences taught us priceless lesson and they were there so we would appreciate good times in life. Bad experiences is not rubbish, hence we thank them for the lessons)
  • Crumple it and throw it somewhere else (outside your house). IMPORTANT: I’ve learnt that NEVER burn the paper. Burning it will only make the negative energy stronger.
  • Once you threw it away, it is time for you to build positive energy. Write down all the positive feelings you want to live with. For example: “I am more loving and harmony
  • Once you done and before you end the letter, you write – “I’m making spaces for you to enter my life. Please welcome in”. Folded and keep it in your sacred place.

NOTE: This is not a ritual from specific religions. This is just a way to make your mind see things clearly. The act of throwing or accepting makes your mind work better.
