Recommend this training for a refresher or kick-start

In my situation, I have read a number of books by Brian Tracy and his associates. For years, I had worked in Business Development, which in my industry included application of marketing, financial, and other skills that are in the commercial world, but for the most part, little commercial sales techniques. Closing was completely a team-shared proposal win and referrals became past performance volume text in one or more future campaigns. My recent layoff was my sign to once again reinvent myself, this time by starting my own company with no immediate cash flow in but with a sales funnel to fill. My company is an agency for international B2B development, primarily for technical products and services. I have been applying Brian's principles to close on getting non-disclosure agreements (NDA) and contracts from clients, thus far based on a percentage of clients' revenues.
